  • why do i feel weird after eating certain food?

    ok so this started about 20 years ago i would have these odd spells every 8 months or so after mild exercise and feel dizzy and severely weak and ravenously hungry, and eating made me better. but this last year i have noticed it has gotten worse, but i have noticed a pattern.

    it usually happens about 3-4 hours after eating malted wheat ( i know odd) and some mild exercise.

    i get incredibly weak, have difficulty walking, stutter a bit, difficulty thinking, sweat and get real hungry.

    i don't eat malted wheat any more so the incidents are about once a month.
