1 AnswerComedy1 decade agoMedical name for loose trachea in infants?
My daughter (4 months) has always made a raspy sound when breathing. She has had a few colds and flus so we just always assumed it was nasal congestion. At the doctors the other day however she mentioned that it might be a symptom of a condition where the trachea is a bit loose and floppy, and that she will probably 'gow into' her trachea with the next 6-8 months. We have to see a specialist to make sure, but in the mean time I have forgotten the title that she gave the condition. 'Tracheo-somethingorother...?'... Can anyone help me with the name?
Thank you everyone xx

15 AnswersEngagements & Weddings1 decade agoMy Australian yahoo email account?
When I open up my yahoo email account it gets to the front page (with the news stories etc.) and I can open my inbox, but I can't open any of my mail. In the top right hand corner it says 'Loading Yahoo!7 Mail....' with some arrows spinning before it, but it never loads. I waited for 25 minutes yesterday but it still said it was loading! Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it a yahoo glitch? I keep my inbox pretty empty, and I only have 6 new messages, so I doubt that it really needs to take THAT long for it to load... HELP!

9 AnswersCooking & Recipes1 decade agoIs Big Love worth watching?
I like shows/movies about dysfuntional families (so much more interesting than Brady-style ones). I have read that it is very good, but it is also about Mormons, am I right? I am not big on religious dramas (aka 7th Heaven). Anywhay, as I share a tv I don't want to convince my housemates to watch it unless it is really good (they are kind of tv nazis...).
Thank you!
5 AnswersComedy1 decade agoGetting my child to sleep through the night?
My little girl is two years old (that's right TWO!) and she still will often not sleep throught the night. She (usually) has a good dinner, followed by some milk which we give her during her bedtime stories. We have a consistent, strong routine at bedtime. She will sometimes sleep through the night, but will often wake up once, sometimes twice, and want to be cuddled a bit before going back to sleep. I have tried leaving her, but she just works herself to the point of hysteria, which then wakes up my 2 month old. HELP!
8 AnswersToddler & Preschooler1 decade agoNumber of people allowed in a car being driven by a learner driver?
Is there a legal limit to how many people can be in the car whilst being driven by a learner driver in Queensland, Australia? I know in South Australia the only other person allowed in the car is the licensed driver, does anyone know if this is the same in Queensland? If so, does this include children?
2 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation1 decade agoRelief from blocked milk duct?
Hi everyone. I am breastfeeding my second child (6 weeks old) and I have developed a rather painful blocked duct on one of my breasts. I have been to the doctor and it is not mastitis, and she suggested to just keep on feeding from that side, hot showers, compresses, cabbage leaves etc. etc. My problem, however, is that I am doing all of this and it is not seeming to get better (about 4 days now, I know not a huge length of time, but enough when you are in pain!). I am trying to feed my daughter from the affected side as much as possible, but the other side is just becoming massively engorged all the time. I don't want to pump too much from the other side because I am afraid that it will just increase my production and therefore continue the problem, but if I don't empty it I run the risk of getting a blocked duct on that side too! Does anyone have any tips as to what I could do? I am at a bit of a loss :-(
Thank you everyone xx
5 AnswersNewborn & Baby1 decade agoSong lyrics... help please!?
It is sung by a guy, has a kind of acoustic, laid back feel (acoustic guitar, harmonica solo...). The lyrics (which I am not 100% on, but they are pretty close) that I know are:
"Don't you think it's time.
Time for changing new,
time for changing views"
Sorry, that is all I know... A big 10 points for whoever can help me out!
Thank you!!
