  • Help me settle a friendly disagreement: Should I be concerned about my foot turning out?

My right foot turns out (like 45 degrees) when I stand or walk (but not when I run??). I have two female cousins that also have this issue. It didn't bother me until I turned 30 and now I will occassionally have some hip discomfort (nothing major, it does get achy). I was told years ago that it was just a mild form of hip dysplasia. I have a friend who is insisting that my hip should be looked at and says that my hip is slowly being damaged (FYI she's a nurse). I think she is overreacting as I am able to exercise without issues and only have flare ups on occassion. She says I could avoid real damage by going in and having it looked at and possibly correcting it?? Opinions please.....

  • Are "silent" brown crickets really quiet?

Since there is apparently some sort of nationwide meal worm shortage?! I'm considering going back to crickets for my leopard gecko. I hate crickets b/c a) they smell and b) they make soooo much noise. Anyone have experience with these types of crickets?

  • Deathly Hallows Printing Question.. see details?

At the back of the book (few pages past the epilogue)I noticed it says the book was printed and bound at RR Doneley (spelling) in Crawfordsville, IN. As a Hoosier I'm curious if all the books were printed and bound there or just some of them. What do your books say??

  • ATTN! Peeps with Peanut Allergies or Parents of kids with peanut allergies?

Have you ever heard or ran across a play doh product with peanut oil used as an ingredient? I know it isn't play-doh brand as it contains wheat but it's some off brand. I ask b/c I work with child care providers and someone was telling a story about a child breaking out in hives after using this dough product that had peanut oil in it. They immediately threw it away and didn't recall the brand name. I'd like to warn other providers about it but can't find anything online, or I'm using the wrong search terms. Any help would be appreciated!

  • Leopard Gecko Brooding Habits??

Trying to get my leopard gecko to use a brooding box of some sort (tried tupperware with holes and commercially made boxes) rather than creating huge piles of sand on top of her water dish to bury her eggs!! Is this a behavior that's probably to late to change or is there a way to entice her into using something else? I put moistened moss in these boxes.

  • Elder Scrolls Oblivion Question.........?

I'm level 42, just finished the nights of the nine quest and have been going around finishing side quests and realized I never finished all of the daedric shrines. Problem is the last shrine quest requires you kill a member of each race. Only a problem b/c now I'm all holy from the nights of the nine and they get all bent out of shape when I start killing people and I can't wear the armor any more. I don't want to have to find those stupid wayshrines again just to wear them. Anybody have any ideas of how to provoke people into killing me, my level 25 frenzy isn't working, or just a way around it?

  • Itchy Ears!!??

I say ears but really it's behind the ears and down my throat a bit. It drives me crazy. Sometimes I kinda make this suction in the back of my throat that helps relive it and these small waxy (smelly?!) chunks come out. Sometimes you can even see these chunks in the back of my throat like seeping out or something. I'm sure it's allergy related but can't find anything specific on the web. What is it and how do I deal with it? Very nasty, sorry if your squimish.

  • Question about the BCS?

Can someone give me a laymans explanation of how teams are picked for a bowl game? Specifically why does Louisville owe WV b/c WV beat Rutgers when Louisville lost to Rutgers and beat WV?? Also why have Louisville play Wake Forrest when WF sucks (sorry fans) and a closer rated team would make for a better game? Lastly why all the Louisville haters out there?

  • Microsoft Powerpoint Question???

I'm doing a training that requires a TON of flip chart paper. I was wondering if there was any way to have slides in powerpoint that I could use like a flip chart. Meaning is there a way to edit/type onto slides while they are already in the slide show mode?? This would not only save some trees but my budget as well. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

  • Help with Microsoft Excel!!!!?

This is a simple question that I'm sure has a simple answer but my little paperclip guy is not helping me. Oh how I hate Excel. I'm working with a worksheet I did not design and all I want to do is be able to hit the enter key while entering an address without it moving the cursor to the next box down. I've tried tools-options-edit but that only gives me the option of where to move the cursor when enter is hit. How do I just turn off the enter key moving the cursor to another cell?????

  • New Zelda Question?

For those of you who read the gamer mags, etc. Will the new Zelda be coming out on the new console. I noticed that the new release date is 11/2 and I read an article on cnn that said the revolution would be coming out at about the same time but you can only reserve Zelda for the cube. If it's coming out on the new console I'll just wait.
