I have an extra dish that is in good working order. I have an extra receiver from one bedroom. If I get a tripod for the dish and use the signal meeting from the reciever for good signal, should it work?

I have stayed at The Caribean Resort, Pop Century and at the POLY all within the last 2 years. We are wanting to go back in Sept. but are unsure what resort to go to. We are thinking All-star Movies or Port Orleans French Quarter. The price difference is 500.00 to stay at the nice French Quarter, is it worth it?
