They say goals are made up of small steps.
What would your set of small steps be made up off.
I got a few simple rules to follow for a month and I'll see how I'll go from there.
Here are a few:
- Get up early.
- Eat healthy and on time.
- Exercise every day for at least half an hour 3 times a week for a month.
- Spend only on necessities.
Its a work in progress... Looking for some ideas to add.
