  • i'm looking to rent a property that has been repossesed . ANY IDEAS HOW ?

We have two dogs and two cats so renting properties is not easy. Would like to rent in the Chichester area & think renting a reposession straight from a mortgage company might be the best answer.

Would appreciate any info or advice from people in the know. Thank you

  • IS IT RIGHT THAT HOSPITALS ARE DISCIPLINING NURSES FOR BEING SICK ?

Our hospitals are now using a scoring system that is disciplining nurses for going off sick... It's forcing Nurses / Doctors to go to work when they're ill and spreading bugs around to patients who are already ill..

Is it just me who thinks this is wrong; & is money being put before Health .....

  • Payment protection Insurance?

We took out a large loan, & at the time took out a payment protection insurance. We were just told that it would cover us if we were ill; or out of work.. We have just applied to cancel this insurance ,as we found out it only covered us for the first five years of the loan & thought it would lower the monthly premium. The bank will let us cancel it but when i asked if that would lower the monthly amount ,by the £68 that we pay for the insurance per month we were told "oh no" it won't lower your payments it just means you wont have the insurance.. When i questioned this; the person couldn't answer my query..

Surely this is a scam.. ANY IDEAS ??? SURELY THEY CAN'T DO THIS...

  • Question about a secured loan?

We have a secured loan that we have arrears on.

We are up to date with our mortgage; and have negative equity on the property.

The company that own the debt; are going to issue a possession order unless we can make the payments and clear the arrears.

would we be right in thinking even if we offer a small amount say £10 on top of the normal monthly payments that they would accept that ??

Or would we be better off going to court; as we presume that the mortgage company would have the first claim to the house; and then this company would get nothing !!

Any ideas or advice on the best route to take would be appreciated.
