I'm wondering about tomorrow when I wake up & want to have coffee, is that allowed when you have a fever?

What should I avoid doing if I want to get my fever to go down & stop being sick!

I'm 5'8 & sitting at around 100lbs & female. My resting headrest is 90bpm. Is that normal or alright for me?

Also I'm curious if fidgeting increases your heartrate. Thanks for any help!

I love instant noodles (mr noodles especially) and love how those little packets of seasoning/powder/etc make them taste so good! If I wanted to recreate those little powder sachets for other food how would I go about doing that? My personal favorite Is the vegetable flavored noodles if that counts for anything.

I struggle with anorexia and am currently underweight, I know that this can affect my heart and I have tried to do research on how to protect my heart etc but everything I come across says to lose weight, lower my calorie intake, etc in order to help my heart... Not gonna lie I think that would be even worse for my heart.

Are there things I can do to help my heart (please don't say gain weight, or anything that would be mean to an anorexic please)

Now I understand that a Tim hortons coffee is approx 75 calories (w/ 1cream,1sugar), but is there a way to order my coffee so that it has as few calories as possible?
