Hey (: I play lead, and need some more songs to learn. If possible' to have a super easy bass line too, because then my friend can learn it too... she got her bass at christmas :3 but that doesn't really matter... I've been playing for 6 years, but gave it up on my second, and only really picked guitar back up again about a year ago.

Bands like GnR, 'tallica, Zeppelin, chili peppers, purple, Hendrix, Nirvana... Those kinda bands are good... but I'm not against modern stuff, if they can actually play an instrument... no screamo songs please. and acoustic isn't a bad thing, neither is metal xD

...one last request, no tunings with #'s, flats, C's or F's.

So I bought this taper yesterday, I'm not sure if its acrylic or not.. It's small, black, plastic, smooth, shiny, slightly flexible and was only £2 from this awesome little gothic shop. Is it acrylic? If bot, then it make all of this pointless, but hey, read on if it is..

So I was wondering if its actually that bad to leave acrylic tapers in and use them as jewelry, in a 2 and a half year old piercing, for 2 or 3 months, being cleaned with sea salt water, day and night. Will it be such a problem? My tapers very light, and short, with even weight distribution, (its only a 2mm) so it won't put pressure on my piercing so much..

Also I live in a small rural village, and only get to go to a shop that would sell jewelry every couple of months or more.. And my mum will NOT make an internet account to buy one, come hell or high water, because she thinks they'll take all her money :') and I don't ave a card..

Also looking around online, I couldn't find any single 2mm plugs,that weren't acrylic, they're only in sets, which made me wonders if it actually matters that much, if they're not widely available.. Not even Blue Banana sells them D:

I know you're not supposed to use acrylic tapers as jewelry because a tapers unbalanced, so put extra pressure on.. And Acrylic is porous so you're not supposed to leave it in long.. but if I clean it day and night.. does that really matter..? Especially because it's only 2mm, and I can't buy jewelry for it..

People with experience pleasee.. and don't say I shouldn't stretch.. It's my choice :P oh, and don't worry, I won't blame you if everything goes terribly wrong (:

Ok, so for my birthday i got this book, a book with TAB and standard notation for loads songs. The only problem is it doesn't say the songs name! D: It's so annoying -.- It says the guitarist and band, just not the title -.- ...so I was thinking if there's any FREE software that you can type tab/notation into, that will then play it, so I can guess what song it is? ...I can never get the timings right with notation... I can only use tab, so cant learn the song just by looking at it, I need to hear it... so any program suggestions? or alternate ideas? cheers ma'dears <3

In my school, we go on an annual school walk, which is 14miles long. Bear that in mind. SO here's the thing, my friend is a year older than I, and she's allowed to wear fancy dress, because it's her last year. However I'm not. So we are looking for two characters, either two characters that could pass off as being normal clothing, not a costume, or one character that's in big Fancy dress, and the other in subtle, but both characters have to link together. We don't want any skimpy, slutty costumes. We would prefer cartoon characters, or emo/gothic characters.

Our current ideas, Inspiration if you will...

Alice in wonderland: Me - Alice (just a blue dress) Her - Cheshire cat/Mad hatter

Stereo types: Me - Emo (Everyday wear really :L ) Her - Hippy/classic rocker

...It doesn't have to be specific, it could be something simply wacky like roller blades (Wouldn't work/: ) Surfboard, etc...

The little girl is moving house with her parents, and they get lost and end up at this village place. There's lots of food and her parents eat lots while she explores. She meets a boy that says how dangerous the place is and she must leave, before its dark but its too late and her parents turn into pigs. The town has a huge bathhouse for spirits/souls... and is un by an evil which with a huge head and huge baby. The girl gets a job in the bathhouse, which she has to do otherwise she'll become a pig. She gets a job from the boiler man with eight legs. The buy turns out to be a dragon/water spirit from the shikori(?) river. The girl cleans a big bath for a stink spirit and it turns out to be another water spirit, who she saves. There's another ghost called no-face that tricks people/animals with gold, then turns evil and eats them. The girl falls in love with the dragon/water spirit boy and helps him after he gets injured after stealing a golden seal from the witches sister...

Sorry, I'll stop now... I can remember everything that happens in this film, just not its name. Its a manga/anime cartoon. If you could please send a link to a picture/video in your answer so I can check if its the right film? So Im going on holiday in 3days, i last cut with a sharpener blade on both hips, there's about 15-20 cuts in total. I cut last week ish, and forgot how close it was to my Holiday:/ So does anyone have any tip to get them to heal quicker? They not so swollen, only sting a little and ive just picked the scabs off, they're still bright red though, and i have pale skin so they really show up /: and you can see them through my swimming cosi and bikini because they have a high leg cut.

so yeah, healing tips? i cant go out and buy shiny new oils and treatments because I live in a small village, and wont be going to a chemist before my holiday. and no weird posh remedy things with random ingredients from the other side of the world please? ha ha thanks(: and tips as to how to keep them covered up, because i'll be swimming nearly everyday... so yeah, please help?

Me and my 'boyfriend' are keeping things on the hush because we've just got together, but we have planned to meet in the shadows at lunch times and breaks, but I can't tell my friends I'm going to meet him. Any excuses? All I can come up with is that I'm going to ask about some homework, but all my friends are in all my classes/: it can't be something too short either, otherwise they will get Concerned/: so... Hey hey, I have an 8GB ipod touch 4G, and I don't want to use itunes or a program like itunes (Makes a 2nd copy of every song, and puts the copies into a folder) I don't want this because i have a ridiculous amount of music and having 2 copies is slowing my computer down waaay too much. So alternatives? if there's a way without a program that'd be best. And it has to be free... and I know real-player doesn't work with my ipod -.-

Hey, I have an Acer Aspire One AO751h netbook. I've just installed Ubuntu 10.0 netbook remix, but I can't get it to go wireless, (my wireless card is realtek). I can get Internet fine on Windows7, so nothing is broken. When I click the wireless icon it says the firmware isn't installed. Please can you send me a link to download the firmware... I can get internet but only through a wired connection. If it helps I use Orange, Plus-net and BT internet... but plus-net at the moment... So please can you send clear and simple instructions on how to fix my problem, and some reasoning why it wont work.

Okay, I'm going on a cruise later on in the year. I'm 13 so don't have all the booking forms and stuff. We're flying from somewhere in the Uk to Rome then getting the ship and going to places like Italy, Egypt, Turkey, Greece.... its 12 days long. I hate flying and I don't like water.

I'm 13 year old girl... I don't even like wine, Brandy, Whiskey or beer (I've had about 3 tiny sips and smelt Brandy and whiskey and felt sick) I want to go to a sleepover tomorrow night with 4 other friends (5 of us in total) the person i'm staying at's parents alloww her to drink occasionally and 5 and we'll be drinking at the house. We're only gonna have 1bottle of WKD between the 5 of us. I probably won't like it but no doubt have a sip. so my question, how can i tell my mum? because i haven't drunk before... ot even 1/4 of a glass at christmas, and just want to know how to tell my mum? also is it legal? first time we were gonna do this and its only really an idea xxx

This may be a dumb question, but how do you revise?... I've never revised before, and don't see the point, because i can remember it. However I know I should revise, but just don't have a clue how. I'm tryna revise for history if that helps, because... erm you should? I never really fail tests, usually get A's, if that helps...

Right, I'm 13 and am going on holiday to Egypt on the 2nd January 2011. I want to loose weight because, well its along explanation, if you really wanna know, i'll put it in additional details later. Anyway, I'm 151cm tall (5ft ish) and 5stn 5lbs. I would prefer to loose weight on my thighs and belly, mainly thighs. ermm diet: no breakfast, sandwich@11, biscuit@12.30, biscuit/sweets or w.e. @4, healthy tea@5, small unhealthy snack@7ish. Please don't be like your too young to worry about weight and all that shizz. If you know, whats my BMI btw?

So yeah I love rollerblading, but I can only really go in out tiny garage, cos we have a few hills around town, but I will leave the garage when I can skate better. So how do you go backwards? 360 turn? hills? and skate ramps?
