I was wondering if you can use either watercolor (from tubes of course) or artist acrylic paint's on scale models and miniatures? I have a bunch of Grumbacher and other paint that I use for well painting.

Also can you mix these with paints specifically made for models? Like Tamiya or Vallejo for example?

I've wondered this for some time since Potassium plays an important role in athletics and muscle contraction. But there is zero potassium in gatorade or most other sports drinks, mostly just sodium and corn syrups...

I remember when I started biking back in high school and I would carry 10-15 banana with me if I went on a long ride and some water for this specific reason.

I was thinking about this today and I find it rather odd that people who eat a normal american type diet suggest that vegetarians and vegans need supplements. Now I agree that if you stop eating meat and still consume a diet of potato chips and oreo then yes you are going do develop serious health issues, heck even meat eaters who's diet consist of that will develop health issues too!!!

I guess when I think of a vegetarian/vegan I think of someone who's diet is mainly plant based in which case they're probably exceeding their daily requirements of all the vitamins and minerals.

I just think it's funny that everyone on here is supplement, supplement, supplement when there has been numerous studies showing that most supplements barley get absorbed by the body and just excreted out through urine and sweat.

Also someone who is your basic meat and potatoes type person wouldn't they lack alot of the vitamins and some minerals needed?

It seems so tough, I would love to get a job in Portland Oregon and move there. In theory it sounds as simple as just packing up and moving, but in reality with bills and all it seems like a daunting task unless I get a job out there first and then move.
