im think about gettin one, but im confused on some stuff. some friends say to get a black one instead of white, because the black doesnt get the red ring. is that true? is there a way to prevent that? i hear its a great system, i just wanna be sure.

I'm considering buyin a xbox 360, is it a good choice? is there a way to avoid the red ring thing? and is there a difference if i buy a black or white one? i heard the black one doesnt get the ring but im not sure...

Texas – 12 Cleveland – 8 (April 9, 2009)

The Cleveland Indians’ season did not get off to the start they wanted. The front three of the rotation was punished by Texas’ offense. The offense didn’t do any better. Last season’s Cy Young winner Cliff Lee was rocked for 7 runs in 5 innings on Monday, while Fausto Carmona, a Cy Young candidate in 2007, could not handle the Rangers’ stacked lineup. It didn’t get any better for the Tribe in the third and final game of the season-opening series with newly acquired pitcher, Carl Pavano(0-1). Pavano signed a one year deal with the Indians this offseason, after pitching for the New York Yankees for four years.

Pavano did not start his Indians career in a good way. He gave up five runs in the first inning, including a three-run homerun by Marlon Byrd. Kelly Shoppach smashed a ball into the next county in the top of the second. Pavano never got out of the second inning. The Rangers scored four runs in the second, with a two-run bomb by Ian Kinsler. Pavano left in the second with nine earned runs, three walks and only one strikeout. His season ERA is a brutal 81.00. Zach Jackson came in and gave the Indians three scoreless innings but gave up two runs in the fifth.

After starting 2-9 with three K’s, Grady Sizemore found his bat and hit two, two-run homeruns. The first came in the top of the third, with the second coming in the sixth. Victor Martinez hit his first homerun of the season, trying to make a comeback from last season’s injuries. He hit a solo shot off of Scott Feldman in the seventh. Travis Hafner is also coming off a bad season of injuries and hit a solo homerun in the ninth.

Kerry Wood made his Cleveland debut, coming in the game in the eighth. He gave up a RBI double to Marlon Byrd. His former teammate Mark Derosa, hasn’t been the same since the World Baseball Classic. Derosa has started the season going 0-12 with five strikeouts.

The Indians hope to rebound from this bad start with their home opener Friday against the Toronto Blue Jays. Scott Lewis(0-0) will make the start at 4:05. Saturday’s matchup will be Cliff Lee(0-1) against Roy Halladay(1-0). Sunday will be David Purcey(0-0) versus Anthony Reyes(0-0). The Blue Jays are 3-1, winning their series against the Detroit Tigers.

I'm in a very small conference in Ohio and I play AAU. When/if i become really good by my senior year and get to play for a small school, could I end up at a D1 school after a few years? A senior on my team is graduating and going to a D2 school and was only 2nd team in my league....could that be me?

I have an Ipod Touch...and I use Limewire for songs. Many of my friends have hundreds of songs on their Ipods and I doubt they spent that much on songs. How do you get songs from Limewire on your ipod?

I'm not a racist. I am very far from it. I just don't understand why all of these african american celebrities and everybody saying how great Obama is. Because he's black. I asked many people for Obama why they want him...other than his skin color. Many of them couldn't answer. They just want a black president. It just gets old with all these celebrities saying he's great and they don't even know why.. politically. Please tell me why he's so great..other than his skin color.

It just isn't fair.

There are HUGE piles of snow from the trucks on every corner and I don't think the school buses can get around them. The roads are still bad also. I know this is the basketball category, there's more people on.

I'm a freshman right now. I plan on playing AAU till college. I know thats a way to get noticed. But I'm thinking the only way I can get noticed besides AAU is being a ball hog and scoring 40 points a game. Any help is needed.
