He is most likely a Lab mix given that he is almost solid black. But he is pretty small, only about 40 lbs and a little fluffier than a pure Lab. He's 2 years old, so its safe to say he wont get much bigger. It's possible he's just a super mutt, he was a shelter puppy. I'm just curious if anyone has any ideas.

I love to read but always have a hard time finding a good book on my own.

Right now I am in the mood for either a horror/thriller/mystery or good fantasy but I'm open to any other suggestions as well.

My daughter just turned 2 this month and out of nowhere she has been on a terrible sleep schedule. For the past few weeks we have been going to be around 6-8 AM and not waking up until afternoon.

She's never gone to bed really early, but it's never been this ridiculous.

I don't know how to break her of the habit.

It's probably my fault because I never got her into a routine, but I want to change that now. I just don't know where to start.

Also, I've tried getting her up early, but then she only get a couple hours of sleep, naps a few times that day (really nothing I can do about it) and is up all night again.

I'm at my wits end.

Any advice??

I carved pumpkins 4 days ago so they have been sitting out since then. Are they still okay to roast?

Is there certain software I need? I know that my webcam works, I use Skype and stuff I just don't know how or if I can just access it from my computer.

If I take a snapshot of someone while talking to them on Skype, what folder are they saved in and how do I find it.

They didn't save in my Pictures or Downloads folder. I'm not sure where else to look.

So I am getting the Mirena IUD tomorrow. Talking about it with my doctor it seemed like a really good option for me, but I've been researching it and the possible side effects have me a little nervous.

I was just hoping to hear from people who have one and whether they like it, think it's worth it, had any side effects etc.

I have 2 young cats, maybe 10 months old. They are litter box trained and up until recently have never had any urine related issues. About 3 or 4 months ago the male cat started peeing on things, especially piles of clothes or blankets. I don't know how to make him stop since I very rarely actually see him do it and I'm just speculating that it is only him because I've never seen the female do it.

I have a theory that it could be because my husband sometimes forgets to clean the litter box and it gets full. (I'm pregnant and it's important that I don't clean it myself or else I would)

Anyone know if that would make a cat go elsewhere? Or if he's marking his territory? (Seems odd to me that he never did before) What can I do to make him stop?

Everything is still really cold and it still sounds like it's running but everything in my freezer is starting to get frosty. It wasn't like that earlier today. Is it safe to assume it's because it's warming up or could there be something else wrong?

If there is is there anything I can do to save my food??

I'm having a baby in June and my mom is flying out here to be with me during the birth. She told me she would understand if I didn't want her in the delivery room. I really didn't care either way, and I knew it would make her happy so I told her I wanted her there. Now she's psyched about it. Problem is, when I told my husband that my mom would be in the delivery room with us he was pissed. He wants it to be just me and him. I understand where he is coming from, but I also think I might feel more comfortable having my mom there. She'll know what's going on and how I'm feeling. Now I don't know what to do.

Should I go back on what I said to make my husband happy or still let my mom be there whether he likes it or not?

I bought a case of Lipton Diet Green Tea today, the expiration date is Dec 22 08. Is it still safe to drink? I know the artificial sweeteners may have lost some taste, I'm just worried about the safety.

I'm 21 weeks along and I was going to put off getting my wisdom teeth removed until after I had my baby, but they are really bothering me.

They hurt and two of them are almost completely through the gums, worse off they are coming in really crooked and starting to crowd my teeth. I don't want them to set off my teeth.

We've decided we like the name Lyra.

I want to pronounce it like lyric not liar.

Hubby likes it the other way around.

I am having a child in June and my husband and I don't want another one for a while (if at all). He suggest an IUD but I'm kind of scared of them. I would rather just take the pill, but missing some pills is what got me pregnant in the first place :) So what do you think? Have you had one?

I'm not really getting nosebleeds exactly, maybe a drip here or there, but mostly just blood clots. Is there a way to cure them, or at least ease it up a little?

I am having my first child, pretty young, but married. Happily married, other than my mood swings :) I'm just worried that having a baby will make my husband and I's relationship suffer.

I am 18 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first and I've only felt my baby move 3 times. I haven't felt him/her in a week. Could there be something wrong or am I just being paranoid?
