Activities for a seven year old girl?
I'm sixteen and watching my younger sister all week this week. My other two siblings went to visit our cousins and my mom is on a trip. My Dad has to work but comes home in the evenings.
I feel really bad because she wants me to play with her all the time, but I have a million things to do. She's so quiet and sad looking unless I'm playing with her. She's usually wild and crazy with my other younger sister, but she doesn't seem very happy.
I want to think of some activities for her to do by herself instead of just sitting around watching movies. She likes arts and crafts but she doesn't really want to color for some reason. We have lots of things to do outside but she doesn't want to go play because it's been super hot. Does anybody have any ideas?

This morning my purity ring broke in half at the bottom. It's not real gold or silver or anything, but it's something important to me and I was wondering if there was a way to melt it back together or something? Does anyone know how to do that?
This is what it looks like:
5 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs8 years agoAnyone with a rabbit, is this okay?
I have a year old Holland lop and he is really fluffy. Both he and my sisters bunny who's a rex live outside in a hutch. In the summer, we turn on fans and give them ice water bottles but my rabbit still seems to be really hot and uncomfortable, while my sisters is fine.
Would it be okay to trim down his fur, like some people do with their fluffy dogs in the summer? I know that people obviously do this to angora rabbits but is it okay for a Holland lop?
If this is alright, does anyone have tips on how to do it or know how long it takes for fur to grow back?
Thank you!
2 AnswersOther - Pets8 years agoHow to be more social?
I am a very shy girl. I haven't made any new close friends since I was in fourth grade, and I'm a Junior in High School.
My friends that I do have seem to be drifting away from me. I spend most of my time with my boyfriend but my Mom doesn't like that. My friends have no interest in getting to know him. Believe me, I've tried.
I just feel like all our conversations have been awkward. I never know what to say.
Does anyone have any tips to make things less awkward, or how to make new friends?
Thanks so much!

My Mom really dislikes my boyfriend.
She gets mad when I spend time with him and not my friends. She says that I'm not allowed to see him unless I hang out with my friends two times and then him.
My friends and I have kind of separated, so it's really awkward. I never know what to talk about with them anymore. I'd like to spend time with them, but I think they really dislike me.
My Mom got really bad when I called him my best friend. She says that he is not my best friend, and unless I agree to that she will force us to break up.
I've been going out with this guy for a year and a half. He was my closest friend even before we were dating. He is the only person in the world I feel comfortable talking to about things. He's so nice and never did anything to her. She says that he comes off as a know it all, and that he's really weird.
I'm sorry about how long this is. Please help!!! I can't talk with her about it. She yells at me.
1 AnswerFamily8 years agoMy Mom disapproves of my boyfriend?
I'm sixteen and I've been dating my best friend for almost two years now. We are insanely happy and love spending time together.
However, my Mom doesn't seem to like him very much. She encourages me to take breaks, and tells me I spend too much time with him. She wanted me to go out with another friend of mine, but I don't feel that way about him. He's just a good friend.
I don't know what to do. She is really defensive, and calls me disrespectful and screams at me if I disagree with her on anything. I'm literally afraid of her, and I don't want to be. She'd never hurt me, but she can take away things I care about.
What should I do? Any advice?
9 AnswersFamily8 years agoHow to get over fear of needles/wisdom teeth removal?
I have been told by lots of people that I will probably have to get my wisdom teeth removed. I am absolutely terrified. I have the biggest fear of needles ever. I got my blood drawn a couple years ago and I was screaming and kicking the whole time. I practically never get shots but when I do I react badly. I am scared of dentists as it is too, even though they only clean my teeth. I have never had a surgery. PLEASE HELP I don't even know when It's going to happen but I cry about it a lot. Is there a way I can get wisdom teeth removed without experiencing needles? I need to get over this fear.

1 AnswerHomework Help8 years agoLens Error Fujifilm Z90?
I accidentally dropped my camera on the floor and now every time I turn it on it makes a clicking noise and says "Zoom Error" sometimes it goes away and it lets me take very very very blurry pictures. The lens has a glass over it. Is there any way to fix it? To take it in to be repaired would cost as much as the camera itself.

So I wanted to make brownies but we ran out of vanilla and dont have time to go get some. I found some online recipes without vanilla but they all used cocoa powder and I only have bakers squares. Is there a recipe that doesnt use vanilla and uses bakers squares? Will it still taste good without vanilla?
2 AnswersCooking & Recipes8 years agoHow can I make my rabbit not hate me?
I begged for my parents to let me get this holland lop this summer and I absolutely adore him. But no matter how much I try to bond with him, he doesn't trust me. I've offered him treats and let him come up to me on his own and not touch him, but he sits in the corner and stomps his back feet on the floor. I don't abuse him, he just hates being picked up, but I have to pick him up out of his cage and I can't just leave him in there all the time. (He also hates being in his cage.) Is there anything I can do to make him like me?
