  • Christians: Ministry leaders with a morally questionable past?

    I know most Christians will argue that God can forgive all sins and people can always become renewed and clean upon acceptance of Christ.

    My question is this, then: Could you accept a pastor that was guilty of rape, murder, incest, molestation, etc. (basically the major social taboo sins that most completely disagree with)?

    How about a youth minister -- could you accept someone who was guilty of molesting a child as your child's youth leader?
