Okay, so I have a bit of a situation, and I don't know much. I'm gonna say everything in order. Last summer I was working at a summer job and needed to have money in my bank account and didn't have time that day so I used the function on my smart phone to take a picture and deposit my check. I dropped that check in a box under my bed and forgot about it. Around December of last year my family and I were moving to our new apartment but we had to get some money together. As I was packing I found this check and at the time honestly couldn't remember why I wouldn't have used this check in the summer when I got it. At first I thought it was a blessing, and decided to cash the check as we had a deadline to get the money together. We're not wealthy people, we have to work hard for our living which barely gets us by. We don't have help from the government or anything.

So we moved, and it's now a year later, and I get a letter in the mail telling me I have this debt collector after me for this check. It was a final notice warning me I had 10 days to pay my debt or I'd be in big trouble. I called them immediately and had the usual lawyer talk about how they wanna help me and I had to come up with at least half the money etc etc or I'd be in court and all. And I explained to them that there's no way I could come up with that money in such short notice, I asked if it were possible to make a payment plan and I'd gladly pay it off, he said no, that they've been contacting me for a year? This was the first notice I received from them. I explained that to him, he wasn't very interested.. Fine. I thanked him for his time but there's absolutely nothing I can do at this moment, I can't pull money out of my *** like that.

I live in New York City, I'm 20 years old working at a crummy dead end job for 8.50 an hour, can't afford college, trying to deal with life one day at a time and help my single mother of 3 with the bills. Now my bank account is frozen, and I can't do anything. Life just seems to enjoy kicking my *** huh?

I owe $830 roughly, and I read about The Exempt Income Protection Act stating that bank accounts can't be frozen if the debt is under $1,740? Not to mention my account is never ever above $50 dollars, and the only day it is? Is on payday, where on my lunch break, I pay my bills and my money's all gone all over again.

I'm happy to pay it off, but what am I supposed to do when they're stopping me from my funds, which supplies my transportation to work? My food? My bills? I don't know what to do.

During Black Friday sales I've never once gone to a furniture store. Usually I just go to normal shopping stores for clothes games and other goodies. So I've never even thought of it til now. But there's a bed and wardrobe that I wanna buy from ikea. The beds 179 and the wardrobe is like 250 I think or around there. My question is, for people who have shopped ikea Black Friday sales, how much do you think both of those items would cost on sale?

The rest is just fodder. Level wise and skill wise my team isn't doing me much in the elite 4. They're not EV trained, just basic training for the pokemon game itself. Still want it to be competitive as I plan on playing against friends too.

Help me finish my team, I need to add a fighting,psychic, thunder type maybe? What should I remove/replace. What movesets should they have? I can trade to get just about any pokemon available up til gen 4 so just suggest suggest suggest! Thanks in advance for those who take the time to help me out!!

None of them are EV trained per say, but I am trying to focus on their higher stats for their attacks. I'm at the Elite 4 and Cynthia wrecked me.. My team is obviously not ready as only like 3 in my team are above lvl 50. I just made it to the E4 and just wanted to jump in. So lets get to it..

Obviously this needs alot of work, the charizard was a gifted egg that came with that nature sadly, will breed an adamant one later. He has a high special attack which is why i just used flame thrower on him alot.

Gyarados is probably the only one done right. Adamant, decent move set, debating if i leave ice fang or drop for earthquake.

Roserade is just meh.. most of my team aside from the Charizard and Gyarados are filler.. I have the intention of training the Gabite. Hes currently 37. So My team has alot of similar weaknesses.. I do want to keep the charizard gyarados and garchomp in there for now.

So what I need? Fill in the blanks. My charizard gets wrecked by stone edge, and gyarados by electric type moves. I'm missing a lot. Help me fix up/ add to my team please! My friend can breed me eggs so I can get almost anything you suggest. Thanks in advance.

I'm 19, and I'm interested in taking a boot camp training to get a taste if what the marines and other branches go through. I know that everyone will agree that NOTHING compares to the marines training, and that's fine, I agree myself, but I want to experience something as close to that as possible before I make my decision.

What happens if after the 13 weeks I decide that I don't want to be a marine? If I finish boot camp, do I have the option to say "I quit"?

I was told and I've seen people answer here on yahoo answers saying that a vitamin in the pokemon games raises a stat by 10 and you could only use 10 total per pokemon. So today I took my gyarados who's base attack at the time was 160. I gave gave him 2 proteins (all I've found in the game so far) and he went to 163? Shouldn't that have raised him to 180? He's a lvl 53 currently.

Also, the 10 per pokemon, is that 10 in total or 10 of each vitamin? Ie 10 proteins 10 calcium 10 zinc? Or combined total of 10?

I have a armed forces career center by my house, if I were to go to it right now, and sign up for the Air Force or army or whichever how long til I'm shipped off and can start sending money to my family? I'm unemployed and I can't stand to see my family struggle anymore so I've decided to join the forces whichever it may be and start immediately. I have no knowledge of this though so can someone tell me how it works? Thank you.

I got fungus on my toenails about 2 to 3 years ago and I would like to know what I can do to get rid of it. I state this because the bottom of my feet have episodes where they get really really itchy and I scratch away at it for minutes at a time and alot of dead skin comes off and it gets to a point where if scratch too much or too deep and I make small cuts in my feet. My feet never used to be like this and it's not only embarrassing and disgusting but a huge discomfort.

I know I've probably only damaged them more by doing this, but I wear shoes all the time, if I wake up, ill put some socks and sneakers on and if I take a shower before going to bed, unless I'm going directly to bed ill put a clean pair of socks on and then some sneakers.

I do use cream. But I feel it doesn't do Anything at all! To help my situation so I barely use it.

At the moment I can't think of anything else that might affect them or be my cause to it, but I'm desperate to have normal feet again, and any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I would like to start recording some footage from my xbox gameplays and I was wondering what I could do/ would need to get? This is my set up: I have a 40in Samsung hd 1080p compatible with everything. A xbox slim with lots of storage space (MW3 edition) i dunno if it gets saved there or not lol. And a windows 7 laptop with 3 usb ports, VGA port, HDMI port, and i think thats about all thats worth mentioning? I'm in the US if that helps, idk lol just let me know what I can do, thanks! Okay I have a spreadsheet that has a bunch of columns. The top row has the Days of the week. 2nd row has 2 things per column- Appt sets and appt shows. At the end of row 2, theres 2 more things which is Total set appt and Total show. Now going down the rows are the names of employees.

By now you should understand its a spreadsheet for the employees at my office and their shows and appointment sets for the week. What I need is a new column, that can automatically give me the % of the Total Appointment Set and the Total appointment Shows.

For example- If employee B has 10 appointments set for the week total, and out of those 10 only 2 total for the week show the % of that is 20%. I want a column that will automatically calculate percentage everytime new numbers are plugged in.

I'm not good with excel when it comes to things like this. So if I said anything wrong, or anything unusual I apologize in advance haha :)

Okay I'm going to get my own contract so that my parents have one less bill to pay and I needed some advice. I'm going to get an iPhone 5 and I wanted to know what to pick between sprint Verizon and AT&T. I was really leaning towards sprint but I've heard that outside of New York the service sucks. And there's no point in having unlimited everything if you have no service.. I'm in NYC by the way. So just some advice there please!

Also for Christmas I wanna get an iPad. I've been saving money so I can get one and I don't know what to pick between the 2 and the 3. I know the 3 has retina display and a bigger battery and LTE! But It'll mainly be used for wifi so lte doesn't really reach out to me. The bigger battery is great!.. But with how much the retina uses up it still amounts to about 10 hours so its not a big deal on the battery either. So for you iPad users out there just give me some advice please and thank you!

If I change my name in maplestory, does it shop up on my friends buddy lists? And how about people who are NOT on my buddy list, but I AM on THEIR buddy list?

Basically there's a few people who i don't talk to anymore and I deleted them from my buddy list, BUT they still have me on theirs, so if i change my name will it tell them?

I usually buy my stuff on itunes directly on my computer and then drag and drop them later to my iphone, ipad, etc. I just recently got my iphone so I was wondering, is there a limit to how many times you can download something you bought?

What I mean is this, if I bought some songs on my iphone, can i go to the itunes in my ipad and download them there, then get on my comp and download them on the itunes there? Or is there a limit to how many times I can download?

Also I'm new to having a set up with everything apple so I was wondering if someone could explain to me what wireless syncs are and whats icloud and stuff? Thanks!

I don't know why but for some reason people can't send me friend requests on face book. They can only subsricbe to me, or message me, and even then I don't get their messages. So what can I do so that it goes back to normal and I can recieve friend requests again? Thank you!

I live in a studio apartment with my grandma and younger brother and my grandma had suggested that we build a wall so that I could have my own space, but the owner of the building doesn't allow it and right now we can't afford a bigger place.

So I was wondering, is there anything I could do, and ideas or suggestions to kinda get my own space here? Any way to make a division that isnt permanant and can be put away if necessarry?

Ive beaten both playthroughs, got all achievements except 2 of the underdome ones, so I thought id do that now, and my dlcs dont show up? All my weapons are gone, I cant warp or go to any of the dlc maps, and I checked my hdd and all the dlcs are installed and everything. What happened?

ALSO: if i shot an animal (Not that I want to, just out of curiousity) that resides in that forest (I.e bird, squirrel, etc) is that illegal?
