Could there be a reset button on it...I am freaking out..The tv is only 6 months old....

My dad was in an assisted living last year. My sister and her husband took him and placed him there. Now I am getting phone calls from the home saying I owe the outstanding bill. My sister who placed him there told the administrators that I am liable for his bills. I didnt even go with them that day when he was put into it, let alone sign anything. I just got a letter the other day from them again, saying I owe so much money...There is no way I can pay, as I am on SSI...How can they come after me, from word of mouth...I saw the paperwork and you can't even read whose name is the name of who signed my dad in. Thanks for all your help with answers..This is driving me crazy...

We are going to be traveling in an RV. I am thinking about getting microsoft streets and trips with the gps for a laptop. Or would just a plain gps system be better. I like the idea of a laptop for travel. I use google earth a lot and think it would be a great tool for traveling as well. I know a lot of campsites have wi-fi for free useage, whereas I would have to pay a monthly subscription for a gps, even when not in use. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!!!

I need some sort of legal paper and have it notarized, but am not sure which one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I live in California.
