i have been dating my boyfriend for 4 years now. when i met him he was highly suicidal and a cutter. i was a cutter too.. but i have gotten mostly better. he seems to be getting better but lately he has been wanting to cut. he finally broke down a few days ago and told me he hears voices that tell him to hurt himself. he has heard the voices since he was very young, he said probably three, but they didnt tell him to hurt himself until he was 12 and that was the first time he cut. before then they just told him to do bad things. he doesnt here them all the time, they come and go. sometimes they are gone for months and other times they are only gone for a few hours. i dont know how to help him because he doesnt want to tell his mom or anyone because he thinks they will put him in a white room. he has begged me that if i do tell someone to just not tell his mom because he doesnt want to hurt her, sense she never knew about him cutting or his suicide attempt. however i think she is the one that will be able to help him the most. im scared and i dont know what to do. can someone please help me? ...by the way he is 18 im 17. he hasnt hurt himself for a while but he has come very close.

His Grandma, who basically was a second mom to him, is dying...she has been in a home for a couple months now and everyone knew it was going to happen. she only has a couple days left....if that. i have never seen him in so much pain, he cant even handle going up to see her anymore. i just dont know how to help him. any ideas of what to do?

My BF is turning 17 on the first and i have absolutely no clue what to get him! i have to get him something though, i jus had my Sweet Sixteen and he bought me a beautiful heart necklace, that i have a feeling cost a lot of money && his uncle is buying him tickets for a concert on his birthday and he is taking me with him. so a lil bit about him.. hes turning 17(obviouslyyy :P i said that up there ^^) he DJs, hes really into techno and hard rock music, he doesnt really like sports, he does a lot of cool technical stuff that i dont understand, he drives, he is obsessed with his car, he always plays video games (call of duty, guitar hero, etc.), hes basically jus a really smart rebel if u wanna "HS label" for him. and i am completely lost with what to get him!! so pleaseee help!! ooh and i need to stay under like $60 other wise he will kill me cuz he told me not to spend my money on him((he gave me a price limit of $5 haha))

so i have a beagle/pit bull mix named Tanner that my family and i adopted from the pound about a year ago. he can be a very good dog when he wants to be, however he is very very food aggressive ((he charges at the other animals, and my family while snarling and attempting to bit us. the last time he ate in the house he chased my 11 year old cat Moo (which died about 2 weeks later) that was laying on the opposite side of a very large room away and across the house)) that is the main issue. however thats not all. we cant let him run the house like we do the other dog and the cat because he pees on EVERYTHING, (and please dont say to potty train him because we already have, and he knows better than that) so we have him in his kennel downstairs where he cant pee on anything of much value. i hate seeing him in a kennel most of the time, he is either in there or tied outside. but everytime his is outside all he seems to want to do is whine and bark constantly even though he has everything he needs-food, water, shade, a dog house, etc. i know if i knew what to do i could train him to be a better dog but i have ran out of ideas and my mom wants to get rid of him because she thinks he is a "hell dog" but i know he is much better than that. please give me some ideas of how i can make Tanner less food aggressive and stop whining when he is outside. i love this dog i dont want to see him go back to the pound because here if you bring a dog back to the pound after they have been adopted they put them to sleep after 3 days. i love Tanner and knowing that he would die if we take him back would just kill me. please please please help!! thank you!!! -Cassie

i curently have a beagle mix and i want a companion for him (we had to put down my german shepard mix about 3 months ago...this will not be a replacement dog) but i was wondering what would be a good dog to get i want a medium to large size dog..has to be good with cats and other dogs ..decient with kids though there are no young kids in the household. and it will be living in a heated barn with my other dog and will have about 5 acres to run

any suggestions? what i should or shouldnt get?

ooh and by the way no pitbulls, beagles or german sheperds...

ok so there is this guy n we dated for about a month n then we broke up jus a couple days ago. but heres the thing he told me that i am a perfect girlfriend and that the reason he broke up with me was because there is to much going on right now for him to have a committment but he still wants to be friends. but he hasnt been treating me like a friend since we broke up. he has been treating me like his girlfriend n calling me his baby n tellin me he loves me n all of this stuff. so i dont know how to react to this. i still love him and after he broke up with me him talkin to me like this is killing me. what should i do???? can i get him back as my bf or should i jus let the situation be and see what happens??? i dont know what to do???? what does all of this mean??? please help me!!! thanx!! -cassie

ok so there is a stray cat(about 9 or 10 months old she has ben here since last november and was probably 3 weeks then) she has adopted us as her family so we let her sleep in the garage at night. she just had 2 adorible little kittens in our garage but there is 1 problem my dad works construction and theres stuff in there that little kittens cuold crawl in and get hurt or killed but we have this pool type thingy(its like3 feet tall but its really big around) i made a bed and stuff in there and put her and the kittens in there but she just moved them back to the old bed what can i do to get her to keep them in there so they are safe?

ok so there is this stray cat(she is about nine months old) she has adopted us as her family we are letting her sleep in the garage. she just had kittens a couple days ago in our garage. but heres the problem my dad works construction and theres like boards and stuff in there that they could get under and posibly kill themselfs and we would never know. we are trying to get the mamma cat to put them in this like big pool tipe thing(its like 3 feet high or so but it is kinda big around so it would make a great kitty play pen) so they will be safe. we made a bed and stuff in there and i tried to move them into it but she just moved them back to the other bed so how do i get her to keep them in there? please help!

i like country, pop, and some other stuff. i dont like rock or rap though so please dont suggest that.

My cat is about 8 years old and he has had dandruff for a while since he was maybe 5 or 6 but it is realy gross what can i do? he doesnt like any kind of water unless he is drinking it. i dont want to take him to the vet for this though so please dont suggest that. Are there any home remedes or things i can buy to help?
