Can I vote in the next presidential election?
I will be 17 on the voting day, but I remember hearing that you can vote in you turn 18 the year of the election. Although I turn 18 on January 8, so I'd miss that by 8 days.
2 AnswersElections10 years agoIf weed were legalized, would stoner's paranoia go away?
I have been smoking for awhile, but I realized that the only reason I ever get paranoid is because I get caught. I'm never afraid of ax murderers or anything else while I'm high or afterwards. So if I wasn't afraid of getting caught, would paranoia even be a legitimate side effect of marijuana use?
4 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoDo you do drugs??????????????????????????????
If so, what drugs?
5 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoIf weed were legalized, would more people smoke?
Personally I think that the number would only go up a little bit, because people that know the truth about weed are already smoking and the ignorant ones would still say it's bad for you.
4 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWii Question: Is the memory card the problem?
I played Paper Mario as a kid and just a few days ago realized they made two sequels. So I decided to get them. I bought the second one for the Gamecube because I know they work on the Wii. So, anyway I put the game in and after the Game studio slides, it says "Game disc cannot be read." I bought it used, so I initially thought that it was just a piece of junk, but then I remembered that you need a memory card. But without a memory card shouldn't I still be able to play the game and just not be able to save? I want to know if the game I bought was broken.

I mean technically it is murder, but the criminal would also be the victim.
19 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWhats the coolest song you've ever heard?
What's the coolest song you've ever heard. Not the best, but the one that is totally wicked and awesome. I'd have to say Lucid Dreams by Franz Ferdinand.
8 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoWho is a better band: Pixies or Nirvana?
Let is be known that when Kurt Cobain wrote most of his songs he way trying to copy off the Pixies, including Smells like Teen Spirit.
When Cobain had the opportunity to meet Black Francis (Founder of Pixies) he felt sick he was so nervous and actually couldn't do it.

5 AnswersPsychology1 decade agoWhy are ethnicities that were previously oppressed treated specially?
I really don't like how now people treat African Americans and sometimes women better than white people or men. I mean I wasn't even alive when any of that was around, so why should I have to pay the consequences. And also, none of those people were alive to be oppressed, so why should they be treated better. Affirmative action in unjust.
10 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups1 decade agoShouldn't religion be the last thing you think about?
My thought on it is that it only really matters upon death, so if your Christian shouldn't you only go to church during the last years of your life, or the same with Jews and synagogues, and Muslims with mosques. Religion is based upon afterlife, I mean that's why it was created in the first place, so why does it matter if afterlife isn't for awhile from now?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIt is bad to be emotionless?
I have little to no emotions. I sometimes feel very detached from people. If someone were to tell me someone they knew died, I would not care, but I might say "oh, sorry." Just so they wouldn't freak out on me. I also do not get any pleasure from helping people and will only do it if it requires no effort on my part. I have no sympathy or empathy. Is this a bad thing? Is it common?
2 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoIs ageism worst than racism?
I mean everyone's been young when everyone treats you with such condescension, and then you get old and everyone treats you like your worth nothing. Racism is equal I think, but effects less people. Ageism is widely accepted in society.

5 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoAtheists: At what age did you stop believing in God?
I personally can never remember believing in God. I know for a fact that I believed in Santa Claus longer than he.
It's a funny story actually. I always thought that religion was just a way to improve societies morals. I had no idea that people ACTUALLY believed that stuff until my girlfriend in the 8th grade told me that she really believed that there was a guy up above that controlled the entire universe. Let's just say that that relationship didn't last.

11 AnswersMovies1 decade agoDoes Jesus Christ love me?
I hate Jesus, so why would he love me?
Does he love everyone, even serial killers?
Does he love everything? If so, he loves murder, crime, and the burning of a church?
If he does love everyone and everything, he would be really annoying to be around, not to mention how bad of a taste in movies he'd have.
