when i woke up this morning i saw i had 3 emails from xbox live that i had bought 9200 ms points! (thats $112.99!!) i went to log into xbox live on the internet and my email and password doesnt work for the account. the email associated with my gamertag has been changed!! i havent gave info out or anything!! how can i get it back?? please help!!!!

i have a dell inspiron 1720 i got last summer with windows vista home premium. if i upgrade to windows 7 home premium will i lose all my programs and files on my laptop now?? any help explaining this would be great?
