Can Corona symptons only last a day or two?

.I felt the same symptons (fever,difficulty breathing,vomiting) as diagnosed for corona cases nearly 2 weeks ago and thought it was just food poisoning. I puked all the food I ate out started to feel better and than my stomach muscles contracted and it was difficult to breathe. I almost called 911 but opted to lay down and fell asleep. Woke up totally fine so just assumed it was just something in my food since I didn't have any flem or common flu like symptoms. I also remember having a devilish fever though it was short-lived thankfully. Could I have had the virus if the symptons only lasted a day or two?
