Okay so I'm decently active. My abs are pretty defined, except for

My lower abs. Does anyone have workouts to help my lower abs? Or any tips? Diet?

I had previously asked a question like this one but I feel I didn't include enough

information and my understanding or my circumstances. So just for the record I'm not a "12 year old girl who dosent know what she's talking about" but I happen to be a 20 year old. About a year and a half ago I applied for a few colleges (UNI). I applied in Kentucky, a few colleges in Canada, and one in England. I did not hear back from the UNI in England, but a cheerleading gym. Me being 19 at the time, was not ready to move to the UK just to be accepted on another cheerleading team. I accepted a scholarship in Kentucky and have been here for about a year and a half. Along the way I happen to make two good friends who came from England ( one from London and Another came from te Bradford area) and I explained to them my situation. They were supportive of the idea of me wanting to finish med school and then moving to England but they told me the process of moving will be very difficult as they explained the Visa system and how it is nearly impossible to get one of your not from the UK but my best bet was to get one through marrying a English native. I obviously wasent planing out my marriage to be able to move, but I was convinced to move to the UK through a friend who had lived there and came to the US and goes back to the UK every so often. What I'm asking is for tips if I actually consider

Moving

So in the summer I've been seriously thinking about moving to Chesire,England. I need some tips! I know I'll need my Oyster card and my passport along with getting a visa. But I want to know what the average cost of a flat or house in chesire is? And where are the best areas of chesire? And the worst? Thank you!! And btw I'm moving from the US to England.

So my boyfriend is supposed to come over for the first time tomorrow, like ever. He's a sporty guy and usually wears sweats. But I don't know how I should dress? I mean I'm Girly so usually if get all fancied up, but I want him to feel comfortable. Like I'm not over dressed?

Okay so me and my boyfriend ( we're both 15) just started dating like 2 weeks ago. I just got Rue 21 at my nearest mall, I've never been there so this weekend (saturday) I'm going to try on there stuff i really like there dresses but i cant find there size chart ANYWHERE!! im really tiny i wear a 00 in abercrombie jeans and a 1 in dresses like at dillards so if you can find a size chart for me thannks but i you know i wont fit in anything there just say that

i have had strep for four days and yes i talked to the dr. about my strep. she gave me a medicine but it's not working im scared it might be something else because iv'e used the medication for the four days and she said (DR) that it would heel in about 2 days so please help me and i don't want stupid answers like go talk to your doctor again or see a physicion. please help me thanks! :)

okey i never had bad teeth my mom married anthoer guy and had a kid (my 11 yr old sister) she has bad teeth!!!!! like teeth r behinde each other and crooked. she has a terrible self asteme and she is in middle school. she saw pics of her smileing with her mouth closed she looked like she was a criminal! she was soo fed up she cried 4 days. i wanna help her but idk how? if anyone noes how to smile nicely without showing really bad teeth ( btw she also has 2 get 2 pulled out so she can get braces wich she also worried abt) and she doesent get braces until the end of the summer.
