Ok basically the thick E string on my acoustic guitar snapped and I want to get a single E string. However the company that made the original strings dont do single strings so I thought id get a different brand. Am i right in thinking the gauge of the thick E string is 0.48? and will this new E string sound ok?

I'm not sure if I can use purchased music on more than one device. My iPod isn't on ios5 by the way if that makes a difference.

Ok so i'm looking to add some muscle mass and i'm a lacto- ovo vegetarian so I consume eggs and dairy products. I just wanted some advice on what sort of diet plan I should have and possibly some examples on what sort of foods to eat?

So I just got a new LED TV. Its the Samsung UE32C4000PW. It says its built in with freeview HD, yet I dont get the HD channels. Im using a normal RF cable. It currently finds a total of 101 digital channels.

I was wondering if anyone knows a good sixth form in London. Im in hillingdon, so the nearer the better :P

OK So the book signing is tomorrow. At 12.30 at Jubilee Place. I have something sort of compulsory to do which will end at around 1. It'll take me around 1 hour to get to Jubilee place, so i'll reach there at around 2. Do you think i should go to that one? will my book be signed if i show up in the middle of the thing? or should i go to bluewater, which takes me two hours to get to, where i'll be earlier? If i wanted to apply for a provisional Moped license in the UK (which is £50) will I have to pay an extra fee for a provisional car license? or will i get that automatically when i turn 17?

Hi, I used a 1/4" to 3.5mm jack converter on the Yamaha dtxplorer, and i only get sound out of the left side of the headphones. Could this be to do with the actual module? or could it just be the converter?

I just recently begun playing guitar. So I'm having a little difficulty :) When I play different chords, the sound doesn't seem to be very clear and fluent. It sort of buzzes when I play a chord. Does anyone have any tips? I'm just a beginner. Sorry if this sounds a little silly :P

I cut myself yesterday on my hand. When i cut it there was quite a bit of blood, then i cleaned it with some anti-bacterial wipes. Later on today i noticed a white sort of goo/liquid on the surface of my cut. So i've put some anti-septic ointment on it. Im still a little worried :S does anyone know what this is? and how long it might be there? Thank you :D
