Ok tomorrow I am going to a swim club and I am bringing a friend but I am on my period. My period normally lasts 6-7 days and I am on my 6th day. It will be a REALLY light day but I DO NOT want to risk bleeding a little in a public pool!!!! I have heard it is painful to insert a tampon without your period so what do I do? I am not bleeding that much, and wont swim without a tampon!

I twirl batons and I just tryed out for the high school team. They told me I did good but I need to work on dance. I have a hard time picking up simple things like sashay step sashay (It took me 10 minutes to get that.) How do I pick up on dance steps and routines quickly? by the way I have never taken dance before, if I do need to take a dance class what kind? ballet? hiphop? jazz? Please HELP!!!

My cat hurt his leg 3 nights ago and yesterday morning he ran away when we were about to take him to the vet. He has a leash on him. Not a string leash, a retractable leash. We looked for 3 hours yesterday and 2 hrs today but cant find him. We have woods all around our neighborhood. Nobody in our neighborhood has seen him. We are worried he got caught on something with the leash. If he is meowing we can not hear him. We haven't heard one tiny meow from him. He has had no food or water for approx. 32 hrs!!! How long can 6 year old tomcat survive without water?

I may have gotten the solo for "Jesus take the wheel" by Carrie Underwood and I think I am a good singer but I am competing with 2 other girls who are pretty good too, so I want to know how to sing it REALLY well. Please help becuz my voice is really good for this song and I really want this solo
