I asked this twice before & only got 2 answers so I'll post it again!

My son 21yrs. is a prodigal son. He's been in & out of our lives for the past 6-7yrs. He was diagnosed with a mental illness at 15yr. but is in denial.

He came home (again) last December 07' to tell us we were going to be Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles.

We got VERY excited & thought this would straighten him out.

We tried to open up the lines of communication with the other Family. We were told the other Grandmother was away on a treatment for Cancer. So, we provided everything for our Grandchild & her maternity clothes and nice shower with 40 ppl at a banquet room. Last time I saw my son was February 24th at the shower we threw. They them shut the doors! In the state of Illinois Grandparents DO have rights for visitation when the child hits his first birthday. (he is now 6 1/2months old-We start filing in January) Since this time he has lied about me, wished me dead & called me the unspeakable! We had found out 2 months ago the other grandmother was NOT undergoing treatment for cancer...She was in Prison for stealing 41,000.00 from a place of worship. She is now out on parole and living in the same home as my grandson. Because of the file date coming up. He has file a FALSE restraining order out on me. We have proof of EVERYthing he says is a lie! We go to court tomorrow, My attorney will be cross examining him. (he has NO attorney) What will this out come be?

I have currently hired an attorney to get visitation with my Grandson. Here in Illinois Grandparents CAN get visitation the year the child turns 1 years! I have attempted to send things for the baby that have been returned.

I was told to set up a savings bank account for him in his name.

Well, I have his birth certificate but, I am unable to set up an account without his SSN and I don't have that, nor at this point will they give it to me! Am I able to obtain a replacement card (since I'm sure they already have 1.)

I want him to have it in his name.

he is 5 months old.

F.Y.I. He's in a VERY dysfunctional house hold. For months they were telling EVERYONE the other grandma had cancer, SHE IN JAIL! (I did a background check, they are all just like her!)

I think IF people want to come to this Country they need to serve our Country BEFORE they get there papers to prove they appreciate & prove to this Country they respect us?

I think is a Wonderful idea!

1.) I need to know the code to block the last loggin date so no one can see! (code & where do you put it?)

2.) I also need to know if there is a place I can upload voice mails messages from my cel phone to put on Myspace for others to click on and hear?

3.) How do you block pictures in my album to just my friends list?

I just asked a question on here about my sons girlfriend who was suppose to deliver on April 23, 2008. The dates did NOT jive.

The time lines that did NOT add up are now def. off!

She had the baby 2 days ago (March 30th, 2008) almost 1 full month early and the child appears to be FULL term. (Went home and everything after 2days!) My son still thinks it's his!

What do you think??

The reason why I'm mad is because She Used our family!

We spent a LOT of money on her, this child & then she wouldn't do a DNA. Why??

In fact she them pulled away and told my son she didn't want to have me or our family apart of this childs life? I questioned why & I heard her feeding him words to say to me that were the worst ever.

Would you ask for the shower gifts back since we were under the impression it was for OUR grandchild? Now we do not think its his!

.The conception of this baby who looks to be FULL term at the date of March 30th, would be July 8th.

He wasn't with her then, He's not smart (literaly)

She went to a concert (Family Values Tour)with someone on 7/22/07.

Went to Oz Fest where she mt up with my son on, 8/10/07.

With this link it says the conception date is August 1st, 2007.

Does that mean she was pregnant before being with my son?

Do you think this is the reason she refusses a DNA?

My son had slept with this girl who he has known for a while. He just told me on Christmas eve I'm going to be a Grandma. Even though Ido not know her, I want to trust her but, feel she isn't telling me the truth about her family.

I am planning a big shower for my grandson at a nice banquet room with a nice dinner. She only has 4 people in her family and her mother is close but, never around and she will not be attending this shower? This girl has no maternity clothes. I have asked about her mother & she said something about "treatment"

They do not want to get married & have not said they led one another? She will not give the babies HIS last name.

I asked if someone came into her life later would she alow that man to adopt my son's baby? She said yes!

My ?, I want to know is do I stop giving towards this child and start thinking about providing when this child comes for visitation for for father (my son)? Should we consider a lawyer?

I have been really upset lately on the apathy of Americans and others comming into this country.

I will explain what bothers me but, my questions is, WHY and am I the only one that fears this countries freedom ?

We just got a "quite moment" which is really only 10sec. long in public schools. That could be used to pray, reflect, meditate or hey, put your forehead to the floor if you'd like.

People....Or shall I say "Atheist" have had a problem with this.

Atheist do not want Christians to brain washing then about our religious beliefs but, do they not know they are pushing what they believe (or Don't believe) on us & doing so they are making personal attacks on my Lord & Savior! Our Country has gone wild! We have lost our Freedom to foreigners! They can have there say in everything they want because this is the Land Of the Free...For them! My freedom has been take, robbed! My Children can't say Merry Christmas & much more!This is One Nation under God, deal with IT or PLEASE leave!
