Im in college goddamnit. Ever since elementary school I've been getting picked on, bullied, pushed around, discriminated for my race and size. I came to college and it was awesome. I met so many people, was cool with everybody, and everyone was nice. Then I decided to try and cooperate with a crazy drunk and it just didnt work. So far this guy has threatened to beat me up, steal my stuff, and even kill me. None of it is serious but everytime I see him and his friends they call me out in front no matter where I am. Its humiliating and this is college. Everytime I talk to someone about it they tell me im being a pussy and to let it slide. I dont want to but I cant do anything about it. Its humiliating. I thought we were supposed to be mature in college, especially this one. I like to go out and have a good time with my friends at parties but im scared because I know that if these people see me while they are intoxicated, they will attempt something and its a scary feeling. I did't even ******* do anything wrong but try to talk to these guys. I was always outgoing and excited to go out. Now I fear being humiliated or beat up or even worse so im secluding myself. I hate this feeling and idk what to do. I've talked to people about it and what I've learned is that no one cares about this **** in college. I cant enjoy anything here. When he is drunk, he is violent and angry and im scared I will be in actual danger if I see him at a party. I just want to have a good time but I cant.

So i went to this party one weekend and the door guy got mad at me for something? I went to talk to him after the party just to straighten things out. It didnt work. I went back to the same party the weekend after alone to talk to him and he said if I go and try to talk to him again later that night then he will kill me. Idk if he was just drunk and stupid and said that but either way it does make me feel uncomfortable and he lives a few dorms down from me. He has told people that he has a beef with me while sober. Everyone is saying to just let it slide but i cant help to feel uncomfortable. Who knows what he is capable of when he is drunk again. People have also said im overreacting. What do you guys think?

So last night I drank a good amount of whisky and vodka within the time span of 45-60 mins. It was my first time legitly drinking and i was at home by myself. I decided to go to bed after a few more sips of vodka. I woke up idk how much later and ran to get bread but realized that I just had to let it out, i threw up like 2-4 times then cleaned up and went to bed telling myself that im never drinking again. I woke up 6 hours later with no headache or hangover. This was my first time getting "wasted" so i expected a hangover. I have also never had a brain freeze in my life. So why didn't I have a hangover? Why did I puke? Here is exactly what I had. I started with jamison and gingerale, probably one cup total of jameson, then took swigs of vodka. This was right after eating 4 eggs. Did I puke because I mixed whisky and vodka? Because I found out that makes you sick. Or was it because I drank way too fast? Or both? Im about 6'7 and 138 pounds. Okay so all my friends/family drink for fun but i never did so last night i decided to try. I made sure I was safe at home and started. I had like half a cup of jameson then added gingerale to it. I had more jameson after that then switched to vodka. Idk how much i had in shots but i had a good amount of both all within one hour. So I decided that I had enough the went to bed. I woke up and wont to the bathroom and threw up like 3-4 times. I woke up around 6 hours later fine and not hungover. Why did I puke? Was it because I had so much so close together? What can I do to prevent this?

How would a degree in agribusiness with a concentration in International agribusiness management help me with finding a job? What would the salary be like? How different is it from regular international business management?

I have an iphone 4 and I am going to buy and iphone 5s. However, I have a new laptop and everything is backed up on my computer at home which is currently broken. SO, can i get an iphone 5s and still recover all my photos and contacts? I'm worried too much about music and apps. Just contacts, text messages/history, and pictures/videos.

I have had my license for almost a year now and it feels like driving to places my parents used to take me to are shorter. When I was a kid in the passenger seat, these drives felt longer. I don't speed at all either. Does anyone else feel this?

My laptop came with an amd radeon graphics card and a bunch of programs with it. However, the catalyst control was not opening so I uninstalled all of my AMD files and was going to re install the complete package off their website but it would always that it would not be able to! I was considering restoring my pc but the last restore was 3 months ago and i purchased a new virus protection and microsoft office since then and those cost a lot of money. Can someone please help me regain my AMD programs and abilities???

I have a Samsung series 7 chronos laptop and it has the switchable graphics feature but I want to turn off the intel hd4000 integrated card because it is realized in games over the amd 8770m even when I use the control panel to set the gaming card to the amd. I went into the bios and I could not find the graphics card section where I could disable the amd 8770m. Anyone know why?

So I have a Samsung PC with switchable graphics and I downloaded Total war rome 2 off steam and went into my catalyst control center and put rome 2 on max settings and launched the game. But when I came to the graphics menu, I could not put the settings past medium then I noticed that it said my graphics card was the intel hd4000 and not the amd (Computer came with both, one for gaming, and one for general stuff). No matter what I do I cannot seem to get the game to realize the amd instead of the intel which is frustrating because I paid a lot of money for both this pc and the game. Anyone know how to get the game realize the amd instead of the integrated intelhd4000? and YES I DID go into the catalyst control panel and put rome 2 exe. ON MAX SETTINGS which means it should run through amd which is how all my games work.

I'm not Christian and I was not raised with any sort of religion being a big part of my life so forgive me if I seem clueless or arrogant. I have heard some Christians they do not believe in life on other planets because it is not mentioned in the Bible. If so, then why did God create a never ending Universe with infinite amounts of other planets that for all we know could harbor life? Obviously the Bible was written a long time ago so could the lack of universal knowledge prove that the Bible was written by man long ago when the sky was just the sky and there were no satellites or knowledge of what lied beyond our world? Or could it mean that the Bible was in fact written by God or his prophets and he didn't want us to venture beyond our own planet? Idk just some thoughts. Again, I do not have a strong religious back round so please enlighten me.

Okay, I have been reading and researching about this and I am absolutely outraged. According to law, if a man has intercourse with an intoxicated women, then she legally did not give consent and can press rape charges against the male.

Let me explain why this makes me angry.

1. It is a woman's choice to drink alcohol and let it control some of the decisions she makes.

2. Even if they are both drunk, the woman still has the upper hand in the case.

3. If the woman is drunk but not to the point where she is puking or past out and gives consent, it is still considered rape.

4. As silly as it sounds, what if a man does not know that the woman is drunk?

This all seems absolutely blasphemous to me.

Sure, if someone spikes a girls drink to take advantage, or just starts doing with a passed out girl without them noticing, then I would consider it rape. BUT, it is the woman's choice to get drunk and if she gives consent while drunk, it is all on her. I'm sure this happens in college all the time and if that is the case, a large chunk of college students should be charged for rape.

Mostly my chest and back. My back is not that bad but it sweats like crazy. I tried shaving and hair removal cream on my chest and stomach but it grows back quick and gets that spiky feeling. I have always wanted to get waxed but it is so freaking expensive. It is like $100+ for chest and back and I don't think thats worth it if it grows back in a few days.

PS: my hair grows back really fast

I would. First off I would like to start by saying Kyrie Irving is very bad on ball defender and below average defender in general. He is a great shooter and very quick and crafty. But that is pretty much it. John Wall on the other hand is a great defender. He is the fastest player in the league and has an amazing block average for a guy his size. He also has a good steals average which makes him a very solid defender. His speed and quickness allows him to attack the basket and get fouled like LeBron James or Tony Parker and he is great at converting and ones. He is also a great passer and has a good assist average. And finally, he is a great rebounder for a guy his size. He does lack a 3pt shot and a stroke but that is the only flaw I see in his game. In a few years from they will both be phenomenal stars but I feel like John Wall has a more well rounded game. Hate on me if you must but I truly he is the better player when healthy.

Following my shockingly fast high school career, I am ready to go off to one of the most respected state schools in the nation. However, I am troubled. I fear that I lack the academic capabilities to succeed. Not because I don’t work hard, but because I lack natural knowledge. I am not a stupid kid, I know what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. The problem for me is the execution. Throughout high school I encountered students and friends who didn’t study as much as me or didn’t study at all and earned high grades then I did on every test. I have not checked my scores for the AP exams I recently took because I feel like I did poorly. I do work hard when I need to but I still find myself behind those who do not study or work as hard as me. It is troubling and I am starting to doubt my ability to succeed at a university, specially the one I am attending which has a reputation of being very challenging. I can see myself studying hard for an exam but earning a low grade because I all I can do is study and not use natural intelligence. I ended high school with back to back 4.0s and a 3.8 weighted gpa and a cumulative gpa of a 3.4. I did improve towards the end of my high school career and got accepted to a very selective school. My test scores have always been low. I have never achieved over a 1500 on the SAT and my highest ACT score was a 22 even though I studied my brains out. It seems as if all the hard work I put in doesn’t pay off and it is starting to affect my confidence and I doubt my capability to succeed in a university. I am now considering not attending college because I am even told by other people that I am stupid and I won’t survive college but I can’t help but wonder. Is success in college measured more by work ethic or natural smarts?

So I start grow a shadow the next day after I shave and I always shave so I stay smooth but I wondered if girls like it or not. I normally grow a dark stubble that's neat and clean but I always shave the mustache because I dislike my mustache and I think it looks weird. So do girls like a neat dark shadow around a guys cheek and chin? Btw I have black hair.

So i will be transferring to college soon and i am really worried that my really hairy body will get in the way of me and girls. My back and chest is not that bad but its my stomach and the surrounding area around my belly button and my buttocks. I shaved my belly once, then tried hair removal cream. They both got rid of the hair but had unpleasant unshaved roots that have this spikey feeling. After getting rid of hair on most of my body and watching it grow back, i have decided not to shave or get rid of that even though i would really like to. I just cant take the spikey feeling. So anyway, my chest is some thin hairs that are noticeable close up and my back is the same, however i have a VERY hairy happy trail and buttocks and lower waist area. I am worried that this will be a complete turn off for girls. Any advice?

I'll be 18 soon and I still have not even kissed a girl but I really want to. I don't know any cute girls so what should I do?

For Goodness sake I havnt even had this for two weeks and its already bothering me. Whenever I go to my local disk program files to delete something, the little blue circle appears as a loading signal and doesn't go away unless I exit everything all together so I cannot delete anything in my program files. Do I have a virus? How can I fix this. I have the Norton trial (I think) but its been really annoying and not letting me open facebook or anything.
