  • Hurts to sneeze?

I have had a fast heart rate for weeks, this week it is more bothersome, I am exhausted all the time, I can't even sing with out getting winded :( today I have sneezed twice and the pain in my chest for a good 3-5 seconds after is incredible :( would this be from the long term fast heart rate?

  • Cat bleeding start of labour?

This very friendly cat has come into my home, I gave it some tuna as it seemed hungry, she kinda won't leave and has been what I think now may be nesting in various spots in the house, her last spot was on my bed when I noticed she is bleeding and licking a LOT, it's not my cat but I can't bare to send it outside. Is it possible she is beginning labour? She does not look pregnant. What should I do?

  • how to help a 7 year old that hates homework?

I have my 7 year old nephew in my care, that is in grade two but is behind in his abilities at school. he has missed 91 days of 119 of school this year, making him very far behind. Since with me he has not missed a day of school. So on school days I have him do homework of some kind, but its a battle. I do child care and try not to compare him to the other after schoolers, they all do the same homework even though the others are younger (I give things I think the younger can do, so its not to difficult for him) what can I do to make homework not a task where I have to be a meanie, but will encourage him to help him get caught up to the rest of his class. I practice printing, fast math and spelling with them all, and do what ever homework the teacher does send home. For two days I have been trying to get him to do some free thinking homework, in making them write a story about them self, in the time it took the others to write their story he wrote two words (free thinking and independent work is what the teacher has the hardest time with with him) Today after him getting nowhere with his story again, I am giving him a chocolate (smarty) for every sentence he can get done in 2.5 mins. He is managing to think of more things to write, knowing there is an award. Is this appropriate?? what else can I do?

  • How do I teach my dog to respect her kennel?

I have a pure breed beagle that will be three years old in may. I got her about nine mths ago, up until i got her she was completely and outside dog, with me she is solely an inside dog. she is getting better at not potting in the house but it is still a struggle she messes pretty much whenever she want. the most bothersome for me is when she messes in her kennel, I thought their home is the first thing they learn to respect and she doesn't care and then she will lay in it. I want her to like to be clean NOT dirty, How do I have her learn that the kennel is NOT for messing in??

  • should I do another Ich treatment?

I had gotten some new plants for my female fish tank almost two weeks ago, at about day 6 I noticed that there were spots on some of the fish, the next day I went out and got ich treatment. I raised the temp of the tank slowly, its been at about 82 for about the week. I also did the treatment for the last six days in a row. Today is the first day of no spots whatsoever, I am wondering if I should do another treatment today? would I be ok with just the temp up for a few more days?? The whole time I have been concerned about the females and their fry(soon to be fry)

  • is my dog trying to tick me off?

and if soo what can i do about it. She was neutered almost two weeks ago, and for the last two days i have had to yell at her for SOOOO much, stuff she know is wrong and had had the habit broken, she is up on the furniture, eating sneakers, jumping up on the table, getting in the garbage, and does it ALL when my back is turned. like today usually (for over two mths) i have been able to let her run loose in the house when i go out but today i was out for an hour and get back the house was A MESS, we had gone to training classes and have just passed our level one obedience and are going in to rally classes, so i really don't understand why she is doing all this, any suggestion as to why she is doing this, and how i can keep from getting sooo frustrated?

  • info on first date politeness? ?

so I went out on a blind date with this guy, it was our first time meeting and you would think that meeting someone for the first time both people would go all out to make themselves look good, or at least better then their norm. I know I sure did, anyway I get to our meeting place and he is dressed less than casual, his breath stank and he had spit wads in the corner of his mouth, it was such a turn off, now this guy has great values and I could see me dating a guy like this but i can NOT get over the cosmetic stuff. So my question is how do i tell him to clean if self up, before we go out again, and what it that was him cleaned up?

  • my fish, sooooo many babies?

i have a 20 gal tank with 10 neon's, 4 fancy tail, 4 sword tail fish, my problem is someone is always pregnant, right now I have a fancy that is about ready, as well as a sword tail and 18 -8 week old fry, today i cleaned the tank as i do every two weeks and dumped the water down the toilet as normal, only today there were baby fish (fry) swimming in the toilet after wards, i am guessing they are about a day or so old, I didn't even notice another fish pregnant, how can i make sure that i do not almost flush any fry again, i like watching the babies grow up and plan on giving them away as soon as they are big/old enough, I don't want to loose more fry.
