So basically I'm 18. Parents usually did all paperwork but now I have sharp chest pains and it hurts whenever I breathe and wanna go get it checked out. I know i'm still under Kaiser and have their card with me but not sure what plan I have or how it works at all.

My parents pay the bill but they're not around at the moment for me to ask them.

If I go, will their cost or whatever they pay every month go up?

Long story short, I bought this Windows 8.1 tablet from this person on Craigslist

It's a bit laggy but i'm like whatever it's fine and pay the $220

it's so laggy i reinstall the OS

keep in mind she said it was like new but when I saw the back it said Win7 meaning it came preloaded with win 7 and not 8

i install win 8.1 pro instead of the enterprise it came with

fast forward it's still laggy asf and now it won't boot up.

I'm not tech retarded. I know my stuff. It's a hardware prob because the BIOS isn't even loading at times
