  • Is it legal for a land lord to charge me to open my windows in the winter?

    I live a multi-unit apartment complex and I received a letter today on my door stating that the heat has been turned on and if anyone has an open window they will be charged $50 per instance. The complex does provide the heat, but my question is it legal for them to tell me if I can open my window and then charge me.for doing so.

    any information would be great and thank you in advance

    P.S. I sleep every night with the window open and I am 95% sure there is nothing on my lease about it

    I was just wondering if there is and oktoberfest this weekend around the downers grove, naperville, tinley park or morris Illinois area? I go to school in Carbondale and will be going home this weekend and have never been to one before. so if someone could tell where one is or give me a link to several different ones in the state of illinois

  • when u take a person with bulimia out on a date, should u take them to dinner?

    it just seems like it would be a waste of food and money if the other person is bulimia. being a guy and if i took a girl out to dinner just to find out later that she had bulimia i might be kinda of mad for paying for dinner. i dont know what do u think

  • PS3 vs. Blueray dvd player vs. Wii?

    i have an xbox 360 with a hd tv and i want to expand into another field, I dont know if i want to get a wii or go for a bluerayplayer? if i go wii i dont think i will play it that much but i do think it would be fun, i probably wont play the PS3 too much because of my 360 but i would play it, if i go the blueray route i cant decide between PS3 or Blueray player, so Wii or Blueray? what do you think
