I'm a high school drum major and we're playing a Latin show this year. And while conducting our slowest piece, I got told that I was unemotional and I want to know how to add more emotion. I don't want to be a horrible conductor! I'm a junior drum major and I have two years of this.

Okay, I'm 15 and I'm really surprised that they called me for an interview with this economy and everything. I've never been to a real job inteview before, I have a paper route, but I don't remember if I had an interview. So, what papers do I bring to the interview? Do I need to bring a work permit because I'm only 15? Do I need to bring a resume to show what activities i've been in my first 2 years of high school? Or no, because I have no real job experience? Sorry about the questions but I'm totally clueless. I know how to dress because of NHS and DECA experiences. My interview is tomorrow at 3, 45 minutes after I get out of school. Also, what questions will she ask me and who do I go to when I walk in to speak with the manager? One more question, what do I say to the person I'm asking, do I say something like, is your manager here? Can I speak with her please? I know her name is Melissa, but she never gave me her last name. Sorry this is really long. I'm just clueless.

I got it pierced in January and it still hurts a little bit. I still have the same earring on and I still apply the earring solution that Claire's gave me. There's also a little bump on the back of my cartilage where it was pierced and I can feel it when I take the earring out. No puss or anything come put of it. Oh, and the back of my ear where the bump is closes pretty fast, like, within 30 seconds of me taking the piercing out, while the front doesn't close fast at all.

I want to look good for Florida in April, I'm 174 pounds as a 15 year-old and I want to lose weight really fast. Is there anything I can stick to? Remember, I'm 15, so I can't get a gym membership.

Me and my little brother share our birthday. We're five years apart, I'm turning 15 and he's turning 10 in August. We love to watch Food Network Challenge and find the designs on the show very interesting and cool. It would be the best birthday present ever to us if we could be a mystery client on this show. So, is there any way to get on Food Network Challenge for our birthday??

Recently I watched the episode when Kerry Vincent was the mystery client and one of the chefs (Stevie?, I think that's her name) made an extremely nasty looking cake. She was one of the worst cake artists I've ever seen on this show. Her kitchen was a mess, her cake was disgusting, she put strawberries on top for the height, and she puts flammable liquid on it and sets it on fire! So, that made me wonder if there was anymore cake artists like that on Food Network Challenge.

I want to lose at least 20 pounds by the time school starts. So i have from now till about September 2nd. It also has to be free. I'm almost 15 and i weigh around 165 pounds and I'd like to be 120ish winter 2009. Is it possible. Give me some tips please. No websites that are going to cost me any form of money. Thanks!

Okay, It's spring break 2009, and I want to lose weight before school starts back up. I'm 14 and a half and I weigh 165 pounds..... I would like to lose weight. Please help! I have about 8 days till school starts back up.

I've had my mitt for about 2 years now and it still doesn't seem to be broken in yet. So far, I've rubber banned it with a softball in it, put a softball in a sock and like beat the mitt with it in the basket part. Later on this week, I'm going to get mitt conditioner and bake it somehow. And also, is it normal to have only a size 12 inch mitt, I play softball for my high schools freshmen team, and most of the time the ball pops out of my glove when I catch it. I don't know if I'm closing my mitt too early or too late or what. Please help!

Okay, so yesterday I had softball tryouts for my school and when they were doing grounders he pitched mine too high and too hard and it hit my ring finger on my right hand because I was trying to use two hands like the told me to. When I came home, it was even more swollen and I put ice on it for like 45 minutes. It reduced a little bit but not to where I can go to the second part of tryouts tonight. My finger is not jammed, or dislocated. It's just swollen because it got bent to far back. I have about 9 hours before tryouts start again. PLEASE HELP!

I'm 14 and a half and I weigh 164lbs... I want to know how to loose weight... I've already been cutting down food but that doesn't seem like it's helping. I walk/run sometimes to school but I want to learn how I can loose weight even more.. and fast. Thank you... and i'm not stupid.

Okay, I got my Chi about 2 weeks ago. And I plugged my Chi in and it took like 10 minutes to turn on. Then I took it over my dad's house and it worked like perfectly and turned on right away. Now I'm back at my mom's and I plugged it in and it won't work in any plug in the house. I've also tried turning it off, plugging it back in, resetting it, then turning it back on and that still doesn't work. Should i return it or keep trying for a while?

Okay, I've like this guy since 7th grade. And now i think I'm totally in love with him. I'm in 9th grade and I now have 3rd block with him. He has no friends in that class, so he sits alone. I don't know how to talk to or what to say whenever im around him. Plz help I appreciate it. Also, last year he asked me to hug him but im so shy and said no. That could have changed my life! DRAMATICALLY! But, also my english teacher said we would be cute together. and he agreed. Idk what to do though.!
