I have a driveway with 6 inches of slag/rocks and 6 inches of gravel. The driveway went to a barn for 100 years. Anyway, some guy is telling me that I can't have my kids because the driveway is covered by grass.

I wrote an answer to a question and 5 years later, it just seems silly. Can I delete what I wrote 5 years ago on a resolved question?

I called the local store manager a freak then he called the police and lied about me trying to steal a brush, I was in the back of the checkout line with the brush. I said are you crazy? I didnt try to steal this brush. He said "Tell the police. I'm a guard at the jail, who are they going to believe, me or you? Then he locked the doors from the inside so my husband and 4 yr old couldnt leave. (I didn't try to leave.) Then I said, it's on video tape showing I didn't do anything. He said, "That camera is fake!" Turns out it wasn't fake and he purposely didn't download the video. At preliminary hearing I knew I had no way of proving my case so I said, "DA, there is a question of jurisdiction." She said "This is ridiculous and left the courtroom. Then the judge put me in jail for calmly saying that. At the continued preliminary hearing, the police officer said, "I questioned whether she had actually commited any retail theft, for she hadn't left the cash register line, so I'd like to drop the charges or at least reduce them to concealment." The Assistant DA said, "NO! I want this to go through as a retail theft!" Can she say that? What the heck is goin' on???????
