How can I stop my friend from keeping me up all night long? We sleep in the same rooms but different beds. This person sleeps later than I do. But when he comes in, he makes a **** ton of noise. He has his flashlight on pointing it at my eyes constantly, rustling through crap for hours, laughing,  going in and out of the bedroom, just overall being inconsiderate. I have to get up very early in the morning, he doesn't wake up until an hour (maybe) before he has to be at work and then just watches TV until then. This is so annoying.

So, I live in Oregon this person was staying at our house, we told him straight from the start that he could only stay for 30 days. He ended up staying for 20 days. Well, when he left he decided to take my trailer keys with him. I live in a house, but I own a trailer in my name. I tried making a theft report with the police but they say there's nothing they can do because he was a resident. But isn't it still theft that he stole my keys the day he left? What other things can I legally do other than sue him? He owns my property. 

I have two tattoos, one on my left thigh, the other on my left forearm. My arm is over 6 months old and my thigh is over 1 year old. Both of them were done in clean environments and healed nicely and quickly. However, from time to time, they will itch like crazy. And I don't mean a small itch that goes away, I mean like you want to dig into your skin itching. And this will happen all day long, sometimes for weeks and then for a few days it'll subside before it flares up again. I dont know why they itch so badly. Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent it? I want more tats, but if they're going to cause me to itch this badly, I'm not sure I would be able to handle it. 

I vaguely remember an ad that used to play on tv. It was something along the lines of being a safe driver and after a year they will trade in your car for one that is 1 year newer. I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of this and knows the name of this insurance possibly, or advertisement. 

If I bought a 37k SF school and converted it into a house, mortgage was 1173 a month, how much do you think the other monthly Bill's would be? Property taxes would be 3,000 a year. 6  adults would live there. So how much approximately would water, electricity, etc be a month? 

I have a ford focus se 2016 that I'm still making payments on. I got it for 16k. I still have a little less that 9k left to pay on it. I got it in 2017, I was at the dealership looking at cars for my mom when I saw a ford focus se 2017 for approximately 13k. If I talked to them about trading my car in for that one, would they essentially add on what I already owe but tack off 7k for what I've already paid or what's the normal procedure. Both cars I'd be getting at the same leadership. I just want to know what the normal procedure would be. 

To put it shortly, counselors, schools, mentors, etc nobody really talks about trade schools or legitimate alternative learning for things. They dont tell you legit websites for online classes and I dont know what I'm looking for. I do know I want computer programming/UI development and digital design, but I dont know what places are legit. 

Places like boot camp, springboard, full sail university, and many more are advertised all the time. But again nobody talks about them. I'm not even sure if they're legit and I could go to an employer and tell them I've learnt these skills from this place and they take it seriously. 

If anyone has suggestions, decent thoughts, or anything, itd be greatly appreciated.

I have a situation. I have a friend who lives in WV, I live in Oregon. For 3 years she's told me about various abuse within the home. My friend lives with her mother. Her mother throws things at her, drinks, makes her homeless, and my friend also has a daughter. My friend on several occasions has said how she doesnt want a daughter and wishes she could die. She's told me on more than one occasion how she's relapsed on meth. She constantly has alcohol and weed parties at the house, she brings friends over who knowingly do meth. She's told me that her boyfriend wants to get custody of his daughter but if he does he will most likely get his daughter put in state custody because he and his baby mama does drugs. She's told me that he has visibly gotten high in the household which made her want to relapse. I want custody of her daughter. But I am unaware of where to go to start the process. She's had CPS called on her 3 times and still nothing changed. She's even told me the last time she had CPS visits that they were going to take her daughter away because she had just done meth the day previously (but cps ended up doing nothing) 

I ultimately just want what's best for her daughter. And I feel like living with me would be the best option for her. Since Amethysts extended family has blatantly told her they dont want to adopt her daughter if she got taken away. 

I live in the Americas, a few years ago I took an ancestors DNA test and discovered I have jewish ancestory/DNA in me. Upon talking to a few friends I discovered I can go to college and get scholarships for being Jewish. (I do plan on learning more about the religion and culture and participating in said culture) even if I can't get scholarships for being jewish, I still want to go overseas if any colleges fit. But the issue is I dont know how to do that, where to start and who to talk to. Does anyone have an idea?
