This new yahoo is very difficult to navigate on Firefox. I had to search long and hard to figure out how to reply, how to add an attachment. I would hate to have to go to another provider just to have a user friendly e-mail service. Why can't they just leave us alone?

I asked a question about the new Yahoo Mail being so slow. I received no real answers from the public but was directed by Yahoo to call a toll free number for support. The phone call was answered by a 1 line recorded message in an unknown foreign language. I guess there's a question here somewhere...???

The "new" yahoo mail that they forced on everyone is a poor performer. Slow. You cannot remove italics, you cannot save drafts, and the use of contact groups to send multiple e-mails simultaneously is inconsistent at best. Typical. Fixed what was never broken. Now we all suffer!

I'm running Windows 7. I went to control panel/user accounts, set up another account, but I cannot access it. It does not appear on my start menu like my primary account.

I am running Windows 7 and have old music on cassettes, (with a functioning cassette player!) and I want to be able to make digital copies to play on my computer & mp3 player. How can I do this?

I'm running the latest Firefox on Windows 7 and other than 'Zoom' or 'ctrl +' I am unable to increase the font size. Yahoo Mail has a feature under 'Themes" that simply does not work! This is a new computer and I'm having fits trying to increase the default text size on all web pages. Thanks for your help!

I have a Directv DVR with a SATA port on the back. Can I connect my external hard drive USB port (male plug) into the female SATA port on the back of my DVR and watch stored movies on my TV monitor?

Since I will be able to view DirecTv's video on demand, will I also be able to watch streaming video from any other Internet sources on my TV as well?

My ext HD keeps prompting the classic Windows 'error message' & shuts down. I have run scans but cannot fix the problem. The error message just pops up when you open the drive, then it shuts everything down. How can I fix this?

I was spammed into a toolbar that has covered-up and denied access to my Firefox toolbar. I am unable to access "Tools" and thus cannot remove this spam toolbar. Help!!!

Then I am notified I am in violation with community guidelines. I re-read the guidelines and cannot find anything in them which would cause me to think my answer is in anyway objectionable. Do you see any problem here? What am I missing? I tried to appeal but the yahoo appeal links do not function.

I got a free cholesterol test at the store. They did not break down good cholesterol from bad. My total number was 218. If they broke it down between good cholesterol and bad, could the bad be any higher than 218?
