Hi, I completed my engineering in 2012 which i completely hated and jus until recently started learning guitar and this is the happiest i have been but i don't know if i will ever be good at playing guitar but i just cannot imagine working or continuing studies which i hated so much so i am thinking of applying for LAMA as an international student. SInce the tuition fees and living expenses are quite high i am worried that if it will be a good decision also i wanted to know if i will ever be able to get a decent job as a musician that too in US after the course being an international student.

Hi, I am from India and i did my BE (Mech) in 2012 with CGPA 7.32. Currently i am planning to write IELTS and apply for universities in several countries to do my masters. Can someone suggest me as to which country would be better choice for mechanical engineers taking into account tolerance of natives towards foreigners, job opportunities, cost of living etc. It would also be great if some could give some info as to how difficult or easy it is to find a job after doing masters abroad.

Today i had to give away my tiels because i have been suffering from severe allergy since last 2 months and been taking so many antibiotics and finally after getting an x-ray realised i am suffering from above said conditions and i might need a surgery if steroid sprays and antibiotics don't reduce the polyp. I wish i had known that cockatiels are powder down birds and people prone to allergies and asthma should avoid them, now i feel real sad for the birds and everyone in my family is upset. My family members and i really bonded to the boys ( two luntino cockatiels) for the past year. Was i right in giving away my boys?

I have the above symptoms since a month and my doctor said it was just an allergy but even after a month i haven't recovered and usually it all starts with me sneezin several times, then the runny nose and feeling of itchy n sore throat. I have been taking Levocitirizine tablets everyday for last week and btw i have a couple of cockatiels at my place and i have been having them for the last 6-7 months...could they be the reason?

Hi, i have been playing guitar jus in my bedroom all the time so far and i wanted to know how guitarists keep in sync with the drummer while performing live. I mean how do they count the beats of the drummer?

BTW what sort of amp should i get to perform for a crowd of about 50-100 people in medium hall with PA system.

I play mainly Heavy metal and classic rock.

Hi this is gonna be pretty long so forgive me. It all started when a 44 yo married woman sent me a fb request and i (23 yo guy) accepted it and ya i din't know she was married for the initial week or so and we used to chat on fb and we live in different parts of the world. After a few weeks she said she was in love with me and i said i can't continue this relationship and all but she asked me not to give up and it would destroy her and i was very upset i was the reason for her being sad and all stayed in touch with her and talked on skype etc and even faked the relationshi for the fear that i would make her sad and she might end up doing something stupid if i tried talking about a break up again. I have already told her there is no way we can be together but she is not ready to listen at all. Now she wants to visit my country but i am jus not able to say NO and get the courage to break up with her. I am so worried that it will hurt her and don't get me wrong she is a nice person, but jus too emotional and clingy and she even says she has moved out of her husbands place cuz of me etc, can someone please help me with some adivce ?? this is killing me...i am so worried and depressed thinking about what have i got myself into and this thing where in i am faking my love for her is killing me with feeling of guilt.

Hi, i am learning guitar from Hal Leonard Guitar method n in the songs they have given for practise they have placed a basic chord name above a particular note in the song and i wanted to know how many times to strum the chord until i reach the different chord in the song? i mean do i jus have to strum the chords so many times according the beats of the notes/melody of the song ?

Hi, i am a beginner and i practise on a jumbo acoustic guitar as i am pretty big and i sit in the classical position with my left foot on a stool and i find that after playing for a while i experience pain in lats on the left side of my body and can someone let me know how to avoid this and any other injury that a guitarist often struggles with in the longer run.

Hi, since past month or so i have been dreaming a lot about snakes n especially violent ones where in myself or people close to me get bit, btw i actually love reptiles and especially snakes but don't know why these sorta weird dreams occur and no i haven't been smoking weed or doin drugs :P
