How can I file a complaint against a school about harmful hazards?
Students and Teachers at Newark Memorial High School located in Newark, CA are worried about their health. Ceilings are falling apart, there are rodents running around the hallways, there is even mold building up. the heater system does not not work from what students say. Recently students and teachers noticed the smell of Gas. PG&E has inspected the school for a Gas Leak and has confirmed there is. but the school denies that there never was a Gas Leak.
Who can I go to for help, I don't want my friends and family to get sick from the school.
Or should I file a lawsuit?

When I mean by a while is that it takes multiple turns of the ignition to turn on. Also on a warm day it turns on in 1 turn of the ignition. Some other info... The engine and transmition are rebuilt.
