I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations on books(textbook or not) about how to form effective arguments or win arguments(fairly or unfairly). basically a book you would recommend to become a better trail lawyer or litigator.

I know that Yahoo answers is not best place to get a psychological evaluation, but I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. you see when i meet a new girl,like on a blind date, I have this core desire to make her fall in love with me, regardless if i am attracted to her or not. I usually put on some superficial charm and up the charisma and it works. i think people genuinely find me charming. After i got them to "hooked" i suppose, when they show feeling of maybe intimacy with me or the 3 magic words are said, I lose all interest. sort of like mission accomplished. this has happened to me 7 times in a 5 year period. someone suggested I am just a sociopath, but i think knowing it wrong to mess with peoples emotion destroys that hypothesis. like I said, I Just want to know if i have a legit personality disorder i can research and maybe see someone about, or am i just your run of the mill asshole. any help would be great.

i recently closed my bank account for citi bank becouse i didnt have sufficant funds to avoid there monthly service charge. Anyone know any good traditional brick and mortar banks that don`t charge monthly fees or ATM fees if you are broke. I have been looking into online banks and Ally seems like it a decent choice. Anyone have any experience, good or bad, with online banks or any bank in general for my situation.

I`m looking to go to become a security guard for some pocket money plus it wont interfere with my school work. I was wondering if it is possible for me to still be able to get my guard card even though I have an arrest record, I think it was a drug charge noting violent.

I need to take a Live scan/fingerprint test for this job I applied for. I was just wondering what shows up on this scans. I have been arrested but not convicted. I was a DA reject as they say.

i guess it normal to be manic one day, and depressed the next but my episodes tend to be short and acute. like today I got pissed off at traffic so I decided to race across a red light and manoeuvre around passing pedestrian only after a minute realising how stupid it was how stupid and dangerous it was. and like an hour later I got into a confrontation with someone who was obviously larger then me so I punched him in the trout very hard and he coughed blood on me only later to come to the conclusion that wasen`t nice. Are this violent outbreaks part of growing up or do I need anger management.

i heard that if you want to teach physics at the college lever, technically an engineering degree does not make you qualified. My question is then can you do your graduate studies in physics despite having an undergrad in engineering( the two majors seem to have the same curriculum)

Anyone know any good open sourse/freeware IDE for c/c++ for a windows 7 OS (preffable ones that you youself have used and found easy to navigate, cause i could have easily googled this question).

how often do you change the air filter af an electric car

I got accepted into Cal State Northridge and Cal Poly Pomona as an electrical engineering major. Then i decided to a community collage and then transfer to a better school like Caltech or UCLA. Did I make a good choice or should I regret it.
