im going to run track this winter and i need some help on training (for this summer). i plan on running at least a mile every weekend, i stretch alot and im flexable. im set on the diet (no oils, alot of carbs and protein). i need more exercises and techniques to get ready for winter track though.

Well are they...how about the three ponytailsgoing down your haed? what are some punk styles for long hair besides the faux hawk? when long i mean 3-4 innches past your shoulders.

i have long brown hair and want to keep it long, i dont think i could pull off a faux-hawk. i have a full face and i want to trick out my hair with some awesome punk rock styles.
