Using Windows XP across and somehow cable internet (wired) connection works with desktop but not the laptops. Have compared all the network and proxy settings I can think of to no avail. Hep will be much appreciated!!

Now I need constructive comments or answers. When girlfriend of 2 months and I have sex, almost every time I have to stop about after 20 minutes of penetration and give her oral to get her off coz she says she's already drying up and feeling pain. This guy owns my $8000 since July 07. I've been asking for money back for the last 12 months to no avail. I even drafted a loan installment agreement for him to sign so he didn't have to pay it back in large sums.

Anyway, I am taking it to small claims court.

All I have as evidence is four checks he wrote, dated, and signed when he last borrowed from me that sum up to the total amount owed.

Now what do you think the odds of the judge will rule in my favor? He will most likely deny everything.

If I win and he doesn't have that much money right now, how will the judge assure I get my money back eventually (i.e. garnish his wages)?

Anyway suggestions on how to win the case will be much appreciated. Thanks.

This guy I know owes me $8000 and hasn't paid a penny back in over a year. I've been asking for the money back to no avail. Every time the excuse is different. Anyway, I am taking him to court. Knowing that the judge will rule in my favor, is there any guarantee that he will pay me? Can I ask the court to garnish the money out of his paycheck or force him to sell personal assets (car or house) to pay me back? I am in California.

I was confronted with this question today and have no answer for it. I personally use the false grip after most people at the gym. Yet I also read that the conventional grip (thumb around the bar) is safer and more effective.

What hair style is best for my face shape?

I don't know what face shape I have but I do know my current hairdo is not a good match for my face.

My hair is slightly wavy and a bit thick. I was consdiering growing it long and thinning it out to give my face a longer look.

What do you think my face shape is and how would you style my hair? A picture example would be nice.

My 4-year old Dell 700M was virus infected last week so I went ahead to reinstall XP. But every time after the computer boots up from the xp disc and comes to the end of the format screen, the computer just shuts down. I've tried it a few times to no avail. At first I thought it was the hard driver so I low loevel formatted it. The same. So most likely it's caused by overheating.

Does anyone have similar experience with either the 700M or overheating in general? How did you fix the probblem?

I have normal-dry curly hair. And I keep it short (I am a guy). So I was shopping for a better shampoo, conditioner, or treatment. Somebody recommended Paul Mitchell. Any bottle with that name on it seems to cost at least 4-5 times of a household brand like Garnier Fructis.

My question is: for those with personal experience with expensive/professional hair products, is it worth it to pay for the extra?

I live in Los Angeles. Have two cars, a business, and a stable job. Make 6 figures. So quite a bit is on the line. I am not getting married anytime soon, because you'd need to find a girlfriend first, which I don't have one.

Anyway, in this state, doesn't it make sense to save everything you've got and buy a house before getting married in case the marriage doesn't work out.

Well, I just turned 30 this month and have yet to find a girlfriend. Now I am not talking about getting laid, I am talking about a meaningful relationship in which I can share my life with that special person.

I am a pretty good looking guy and have a stable job. Also own a business, 2 cars and make 6 figures a year. So even though I am not the most desireable bachelor out there, I am confident to say not the least either.

The last girlfriend I had was quite a few years ago. I put off the relationship thing to pursue my career as an engineer and a business owner.

I've been trying to meet that right girl for a while now and am just not having any luck. There are a bunch of female friends around me, but they just don't seem to be what I am looking for.

My question is: I don't know why I am stressing over this. Am I being too picky or should I just let time take its toll and not push things?

I own two cars, a commute car in a Toyota Echo (btw, 40+ mpg) and a 2-year-old Hyundai Azera. I have a regular job, which requires 70+ miles of daily commute (that means I can't get rid of the Echo), and own a business 13 miles from home.

Now I want to see if I should lease a sports car for three years and get rid of the Hyundai. I can afford about $350 a month on the lease.

My annual commute for business purpose is about 8000 miles and the current federal mileage reimbursement rate is $.585.

Knowing all this, my question is: would it make sense to sell the Hyundai ($14000 private party value by kbb), lease a new car, write off the lease as tax deductibles, or just keep the Hyundai and write off the mileage as usual because I would lose a lot more money the other way?

Remember my goal is to enjoy driving a sports car, provided that both methods come out about the same. I know I will lose ownership to the Hyundai. That's ok with me.

While at it, can someone suggest a good sports car (non-domestic, please) that can be leased for the price I am willing to pay, including all taxes and depreciation.
