The car dealers I've dealt with have all been pretty sleazy trying to throw in extra fees, low-balling (ridiculously low-balling - I expect to be low-balled, not robbed) on the trade-in, and just generally horrible to deal with. There's got to be a better way, isn't there? They all claim to be honest and/or different, but every one has ended up trying to pull some nonsense. Should I just resign myself to getting ripped off or to just not getting a new car?

Or is it only restricted to college and above?

And are there any other fees involved?

We are launching a business that intends to sell goods to a department store, preferably with an exclusive contract. Our marketing consultant wants 15% of the gross (15% of the contract value) which would be a tremendous amount of money. She says that normally marketing consultants get 20% Is this accurate? What should it be?

It should be nice, but doesn't have to be too fancy. We are planning to serve refreshments, but not a full meal. Don't care if we bring the refreshments in or if they can provide them there.

Preferably a mid-sized dog.

I see them ranging in price from $10 to $200. I have an hd cable box to my hdtv. Nothing special. Is there any noticeable difference between cables or is it just like the old stereo cables where you could spend hundreds of dollars on gold plated cables which really weren't much better for the typical user?

It seems like it should be a legal tackle to me, unless it's considered 'unsportsmanlike conduct' or something.

We can't keep her any longer and don't know anybody who wants to take her. I was told Petco will take her, but she may end up as snake food. I'd rather not do this. Any suggestions?

I'm considering donating one to a friend, everyone makes it out to be no big deal, but somehow I doubt that.

They send their spam email in such a way that it appears to come from my domain and I get back hundreds of undeliverable emails which I never sent. My email provider (Yahoo) says there is nothing that can be done on their end because the email is not actually coming from them or me.
