if a doc wants to change careers, what should he opt, bioinformatics or health informatics in US? doc is foreign medical graduate with 3 yrs experience, ECFMG certified, does not have US medical license is, non us citizen.

I am a Sri Lankan citizen. I did my MBBS from Bulgaria.. I want to explore non clinical options in the UK.. I have looked online and there are many MSc courses [ miccrobio, immunology, public health, etc] .. but I don't know if I will have jobs in UK in those fields, given UK's immigration policy against South Asians. So, my question is , can someone suggest a non clinical post graduate course in UK , where there are job vacancies for foreign citizens as well?

I am a doctor in Germany. I have finished with pathology residency of 3 years and am working as pathologist in Berlin for 2 months. So, total experience after MBBS is 3 years and 2 months.

I want to work in Australia. I saw pathologist is listed in SOL list of Australia [ Pathologist 253915] . Do I still need to take the AMC MCQ exam and clinical exam?
