Hi, Im trying to go 'no-poo' and am looking for more natural ways to dye my hair like using henna as my hair is just destroyed from over washing with harsh chemicals

My current hair is a faded auburn almost ginger looking, but I also have mousey brown / dark dirty blonde roots, will henna cover this? and leave it fairly even? Should I start on the roots and leave it there before spreading to the rest of the hair?

And also what colour should I choose? I like to be a nice dark chesnutty / red colour, I mean I like any red, but like it fairly dark

And can I even use henna yet? I dyed my hair like a month ago (19th of May) with a box dye and would like to dye it next week with henna

And I've also heard it can make hair dry after dying, is there any deep natural conditioners I can use / make (preferably with either organic honey or apple cider vinegar)

Basically for the past few weeks i've been feeling nauseous lots, couldn't eat much last week, and keep feeling so tired all the time,I cant sleep properly and get the occasional bout of dizziness and feel weak like im about to faint or throw up,and have nocticed an increase in my discharge, but it doesn't smell and is not the 'cottage cheese' looking discharge like with thrush, its fairly runny, and looks white. The past few days i have noticed my vagina feeling quite 'dry' despite the increased discharge and then today its been really sore and raw, and I cant go to the doctors till monday due to bank holidays so was wondering if anyone knows what it could be :/ I've had both thrush and BV recently, meaning it could be them but doesn't quite feel like it, its also not likely im pregnant as im on the pill, but i've also noticed a massive increase in my back ache as well

any help would be great until i can see my doctor

I damaged my knee about 2 months ago and was told when I went to a&e I had knee ligament damage.

I was given exercises and things to help strengthen the muscles in my knee and it seemed to work well and I was walking fine with little pain

But lately my knees been getting really stiff and sore again, and my thigh muscle near the injury has been starting to get sore. And last night when trying to sleep it caused me a bit of grief.

I've not done a lot of exercise and have been sitting around a lot not doing much lately, and I know knee ligaments can take a while to heal, but is this something I should be concerned about?

I just want ideas that are affordable and funny, no skydiving, and no 'taking a bike ride' unless its through a supermarket. It should all be stuff that would be funny to film / can be filmed

I got it done about 2 months ago, but the past few weeks a weird swelling, kind of like a spot (but its definitely not a spot) has formed right under the ball (front of the tragus), its sore and sometimes my whole tragus can be swollen, theres no puss (just the usual discharge that you get from all, especially new piercings), but im just curious as to what it is because it isnt going away :/

and information would be grateful

Last night when I was trying to sleep, I just started having this shaking attack. I didn't feel cold but I got up to put some extra clothes on anyway and wrapped myself up in my quilt but it took about half an hour to stop (the episode in whole lasted about 45 minutes to and hour).

I felt sick to my stomach as though I could throw up, and my whole body feels weak and my muscles all sore and swollen.

It has never happened before, completely random so if someone could help me to find out what it is

Well it started off as a normal ingrown hair spot where I could see the hair, so I picked at it to get the hair out, but i never got it and its turned into a big lump both on and under the skin, and it has a hole on the top, and I really dont know what to do

do guys actually like coming on a girls face?

I read about it on BBC, but not being at all clued in with physics, what would it mean if they have been discovered, would that completely change everything or anything? and have any follow up studies been done to see if was a mechanical error?
