How to backup data from internal harddrive?
Okay so my hard-drive (internal) was damaged. Once i switched on the pc and it asked me to back up files. I did. to my exxternal drive F. then i got my iternal harddrive changed. Now, i saw that drive D was not coppied. only C did. I want data of D also. I have the internal hard drive. But nt sure how to copy the files and it is not installed in computer anymore?

You see, I read many articles on these kinds and they gave me info that either there is problem in my Graphic card (mine is NVIDIA 9400) to switch to video mode during the boot, or it's because of my anti virus Norton Internet Security , which is scanning my files from the start of boot itself, so cause high CPU usage and hence, slowing down the pc until it hangs. =( and I read many other articles too, but I'm not sure what to do! Can anyone tell me the reasons for that and the solution? If the reasons I gave is true, how to find out that there is fault in graphic card and get it solved? And how to stop Norton from scanning the files from the boot? PLEASE HELP! I really love my pc a lot and I really wanna see it in a good condition.
