Scared of starting the pill (Yasmin)?
I'm getting married in 6 months and my mom said I should start "the pill", so I went and talked to my doctor at university about it, and she gave me three months trial supply of Yasmin.
However, after researching it a bit more, it seems some people have really bad side effects, and it's really scaring me. Especially the part about causing depression, because I have been slightly depressed/suicidal before and I don't know if I could handle it if the pill makes it worse! See this site for some examples:

I don't know what to do, because at the same time I don't want to get pregnant but I've heard other methods (condoms, etc) aren't as reliable.
I haven't started using it yet, but I'm so scared that it'll be terrible. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

8 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade agoBlack veil with my wedding dress?
What is your opinion on wearing a black veil for my wedding?
I think they're beautiful, but everyone says it wouldn't be appropriate. I just don't want to be a typical princess, but I still want a veil as part of the outfit, however I think that red or white veils would be tacky. Plus wearing a veil off my face, with nice jewlery and being happy is completetly different than a funeral, so I don't think it would be a big deal.
My dress is similar to the one here, but with silver beading: http://www.bestbridalprices.com/essense-of-austral...
Also, would you suggest wearing my hair up or down? It's quite long and black, and naturally goes into ringlets on it's own. But I don't want to overdo it with the black on my head either and still want to look pretty/elegant.
Or if there's any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
