So I made a appointment at my local eyesmart for eye exam plus contacts fitting what ever.. I'm having anexity because I don't have insurance and wonder how much is it to go back for follow up.. If you went to eyesmart did you have to follow up

I had fallen down a flight of stairs 3 months ago and to this day my upper back still hurts. I try telling my doctor and she said maybe its anxiety or you have to exercise your muscles. I tried exercising my muscles. Everytime i try it seems like pain is deeper and deeper.

I been taking Metformin 1000 mg for about a year now due to insulin resistance. On monday i went over to a family's birthday party and they had cheese burgers and they had chips out. So i grabbed some and my cousins says "You can't have those" in front of everyone. Reason why i couldn't have it because every time i go to the doctors i give something up to loose weight and i haven't have up anything cause i lost 6 pounds. In the past i gave up ice cream Dunkin Donuts Coffee coolata and Chips. So anyways i grabbed some and then later on they kept on saying rude things. Later on it was cake time and i said to one of younger kids (11 year old) that i would like a piece of cake. Every one got a piece but me. My mom says " You didn't get a piece" I explain i had to one of the kids and i went in got one. So there were some kids in house and says "hi how are you doing" I ask one the kids why did you give me a piece of cake. Oldest kid said that i was on a diet so i just grab my plate and went out side.
