3 days ago in football, I hurt my hand. At first I thought it was a simple jam, but after I noticed that my finger did not swell up, but my pinkie side of my palm did. There was a lot of pain at first and I couldn't shut or completely open up my hand. The next day I lifted weights, and noticed a lot of pain when I gripped the bar completely. When I was doing hang cleans I had to drop the weights because of the pain of my hand when grabbing i and holding it on my chest. I also cannot clap because of the swelling. My ring finger has the worst pain as i cannot grip using it at all, and my pinkie is also has some pain too. I was wondering if this problem is worthy of going to the doctor or should I wait it out. I have been icing and taking ibuprofen. Thank you

Monday- Chest, Triceps, Biceps (heavy)

Tuesday- Legs & Back (heavy)

Wed- chest, legs (light)

Thurs- nothing

Friday- Shoulders & Traps (heavy)

Is it good to workout a muscle group heavy once a week for recovery? And overall how is this workout plan?

Okay, I have a PS2 disk, and its a DVD RW. I want to delete everything on it, and then use it to copy a wii game in case it gets messed up. Will this work, or will the PS2 copy protection still be on the disk. Thanks, 10 points for the best answer.

I have this friend, who is always calling me and wanting to hang out. Since school ended, he calls at least twice a day. For example the other day, I told him I didn't want to hang out, and then 30 minutes later he calls again and asks. In the past two weeks, I have 50 missed calls from him, and I answered 21 of them. My mom thinks he might be just really bored at home, because he has no siblings, but my dad and older brother thinks he is gay. For example, when he calls, he asks where I am, what am I doing, and just talks to me about random stuff... He won't get off the phone, so I always cut him off and say I have to go. Despite that, most phone calls last about 5 minutes, and then I just say, "OKAY, BYE" to end them. But, the reason it lasts so long is that I feel bad for him. His other friend moved to Mexico for summer, and his other friend is always gone. Every time someone calls me, everyone in my family knows who it is... Typically I ignore it, but when I answer, it is painful to stay on the phone. What should I do to make him stop annoying me so much? What do you think is wrong with him?

P.S. - I already told him to stop calling so much because he was annoying me. Before I said that, he used to call more like 4 times a day, and just talk...

I am planning on purchasing a graphics card, however I have no clue where to start. I do have some requirements that I want it to meet though. I am just hoping someone can suggest a good card to me.

-the card must be compact & quiet

-it must be reliable

-I am hoping for it to run most newer games with at least mid range graphics (COD5, Crysis - probably not, etc.)

-its must be cheaper than $230

I am confused with getting the coordinates of these two equations:

y=x^2+3x

and...

y=x^2+2x+1
