I have wireless connection on my bellsouth router but in my room for some reason I get a low wifi connection to my Xbox, iPad, and an other device my friends or I connect to it I have a old xp laptop that had a wireless 150mbps adapter connected to it that gets very good signal is it possible to make the xp laptop a hotspot so I have better connection in my room ? if so how ?

I have five dogs one night the were barking going crazy one of the had a little hare in its mouth my dad took it from the dogs we put it in a cage food shelter water now we thought it was a rabbit but it is brownish black and a white underbelly so today I found out it was a hare so I don't know what I should do with it the hare is health runs around takes me a while to capture it lol but I have read that they can't be domesticated. Is it to late to release it to the wild again? The hare is about 6-8 inches long maybe 10. I guess 3to 4 months old what do I do ?
