Yesterday evening, I twisted my knee out and it went right back in. I need to be walking around at least a fair bit on Sunday (today's Friday) and I need some tips to getting me back at least capable of walking without pain fast. I can hobble around a bit now without crutches while wearing a brace, but it hurts. This is the 4th time in a year I've had an injury of this type. Any suggestions? I'm icing and resting it as much as I can, elevating and all that. Thanks for your help!

I'm about to go into high school, and I need a really cute first day of school outfit. I like basic, earthy styles and colors, but I also like the menswear trend and old-world glamour. I have a pretty good selection of clothes, a lot of basics. I'm 5'7", and a little on the heavier side. I need an easy hairstyle for every morning. I am 13 years old, and I like young styles. I have dark brown hair, 1 1/2 inches above shoulder blades, mostly all one length. I'm 13 years old, and in 8th grade. I like natural looks. I have a roundish face, with a cleft chin. I have dark brown eyes and dark brown wavy/curly hair that is prone to frizz and oil. I have a little bit of basic makeup, like eyeliner and mascara, foundation, etc. What's a good way to style my hair in a really quick easy fashion that looks romantic, but sophisticated and keeps my hair out of my face, and a good makeup look. Normally, I just pull my hair back in a pony or quick bun. Clear explanations please, lots of explanation are confusing. Thanks!
