I started this months pack of diannette (a strong brand of contraceptive pill) On thursday, I've been losing sleep for the last two weeks and it seems to be effecting my memory in taking the pill. I took one marked "wednesday" on thursday, and even though I distinctly remember taking it yesterday, clearly from the number of pills missing from the pack I did forget. I took todays pill anyway, not wanting to waste an entire packet, however I was wondering if this completely effects the workings of the pill. I'm not currently having sex with anyone, and if I was to have sex I would definitely use a condom, so if I dont bleed in a few days, should I just presume all is well and continue taking them, and continue on to my next pack. Or should I just take it as you do when you finish a pack and leave off taking them for a week? Please help!!

I have the tiniest but most obvious hickey on my neck, it is the size of the top of your baby finger nail, but it is right on the front of my neck and Its obviously not a mark or bruise either. I have found a blue gemstone while doing a bit of belated spring cleaning. I have googled it and nothing seems to match it. I found it wrapped up with a rose quartz I got years ago. But I cannot remember getting this blue stone. It is not a dark blue, but it is not exactly pale either, it isn't turquoise and it is smooth, with about 3 tiny black and white flecks. Any ideas what it is and what it means?

I know you should with what is right for you, but I only know that I don't want to use a black cloth because for me black is too dark and negative. I can't decided what suits my personality best...and what are the best ways to cleanse them, what oils etc should I use?
