i am currently writing a book on the evils of religion. and would like your input. What issues, would you like to be addressed in such a book. so christians, your "son of god" and the bible is all truthful. how do you explain the similarities with other older pagan religions from before the writing of the bible.check out the similarities between jesus christ and the egyptian sun god "horus"

there are other similarities, which where inscribed 3500 years ago and found in luxor, egypt, which also has the virgin birth. this also follows other gods in terms of a birth sequence, including:

Krishna - India 900 bc

dionysis - greece 500 bc

mithra -persia 500 bc

so does this mean that god does not exist as it is all a blatant copy form previous "sun gods" and what makes god and jesus any different from the other gods named?, does this show that christianity with all its pagan ritual is nothing more than a stolen myth, passed down from the ancient egyptians??

god made adam out of dust, and then made eve from a spare rib (no sweet and sour was available for dipping!!). So if eve was made out of adam, would that have meant that adam was effectivley having sex with a clone of himself (allbeit a female clone) meaning that cain and able would have been inbred before even having to have sex with eve to create the rest of the human race? (as there is no mention to the rest of the human race appearing before then)??

i'm looking to perform ravel's bolero for my orchestras inaguaral concert and have a question about the orchestration.

In the woodwind section i know that the sopranino is not used, so what is the best way to employ the saxophones. ie in the score the tenor sax has the first solo, then the sopranino, then the soprano. what is the best way to take out the sopranino, but then making the other saxophones fit the part to make it sound right....any ideas?????

The orchestra i am setting up will be doing a "classical spectacular" concert as its inaugural concert, and i wondered if you guys could give some some ideas of good upbeat short orchestral pieces (e.g 1812 overture, night on a bare mountain...that sort of thing, and feel free to suggest as many as poss!!! also would anyone know where i could get the orchestrated version (by stokowski) of bach's toccata an fugue in D minor

if adam was made from dust, and eve was made from adam, would that again have caused problems when adam and eve had their 2 sons, because eve would have effectevtivley been a clone of adam, meaning that cain and able should have been sterile. so does this show even less validity to the adam and eve genesis story therefore undermining bible completely?

Now according to the bible, after the big dookeroo between god and the devil, man will live on the earth in total peace and harmony, with all the animals etc. theres one problem with this. in 3.5 billion years time the sun becomes a red giant, and will engulf everthing in its path this side of venus, in which case all life on earth will be extinguished. so any idea how any kind of deity could prevent its ever so faithfull flock and all life on earth from becoming BBQ
