What percent of blacks commit crimes vs percentage of whites?

Not the total number but rather the percentage.

I backed everything up to my external HD.

Successfully reinstalled Windows Vista 32 bit via DVD.

Plugged my external back in and its doesn't show under my computer.

The USB connection is recognised.

I've tried on other PCs and also not recognised.

Under Computer Management - Device Management - Disk Drives -...

...it comes up as "Freecom Hard Drive XS USB Device"

...that's what I'm trying to get access to but its just not showing up on my PC...?

...unknown; unreadable; unallocated.

***How do i allocate a drive letter to it ???

***It only gives me help or properties as an option.

Hi, i'm new to photography and would like a new lens with more reach.

I take street photography, city events and landscape shots.

I have a Nikon D3100 with the kit 18-55mm.

I know i need an internal lens focus motor and image stabalisation. (VR, OS etc)

Would this lens work with auto focus and the 'VR' -

I need to know which Sigma is right as i know the D3100 doesn't have an internal motor for auto focusing.
