Hello, both my husband and I are retired and lixe in fixed income. We have a lot of bills to pay every month including our mortgage. I also need money to pay for my copay and prescriptions. I have siblings in the Philippines that made me feel guilty and it made me feel that it is my responsibility to send them money every month to feed them. Sometimes I send them money when they tell me they don't have money to buy food. But I see in facebook the pictures that my sister posted that she drinks and smoke and have fun with her friends. She always nagged at me and tell me sad story that they don't have food to eat. Her husband doesn't want to work so she work her butt off and she is now retired but her retirement is not enough to feed her husband and oldest daughter 40 yrs old with lot of children with different men. I told her to stop supporting her daughter and husband but she doesn't tell him that but instead it's me she bugs all the time. She sent me a message today stating that God used her friend and she gave her money to buy food. I told her to just trust in God for all her needs. But I am married and my husband doesn't want me to send them money because we have a lot of bills and are now retired and live in fixed income. My other two brothers in the Philippines is the same thing, the other one sent me message saying he has diabetes and high blood pressure and the other one says his physically challenged daughter has cancer but all he does is drinking alcoho.any advise?

My siblings and niece lives in Manila and we've talked via social network. I hurt their feelings all the time without even thinking that I hurt them. When I told them my eldest brother molested me when I was 7 years old I am 64 now they didnt believe me and condemned me. Of course, I was hurt and told them no wonder why rape victims dont come forward for fear of condemnation. Words were exchanged and I ask for forgiveness. My sister want to borrow money from me and I told her that I only have money to send to my other sibling who has diabetes, heart problem and gangrene in his leg. I told her that I rather help him because to me he is priority number one. She got mad at me and words were exchanged between us and I ended up asking for forgiveness. My sister from Canada visited them last year and I saw her and said OMG is that our youngest sister? Well she gain 100 lbs from 97 lbs and told her that she need to walk, watch her diet but she got mad at me. I ask for forgiveness if I have offended her in my comment. I request her to add me as friend in FB but she refused to do so. I saw her comment in FB that she add she worked at my University and I made a comment saying that's a lie. She never worked there, I did and I knew who worked there and mentioned that she went to Canada during that year and told her why does she lie all the time and I mentioned all her lies. I've called her but never respond to my call so there's no means to communicate with her.Both my oldest sister and her daughter blasted me and blocked me in FB. I sent them an email and ask for forgiveness 3 times, I said I wasnt thinking because I am hurt for the way she mistreated me. My niece told me that my sorry is worth 5 cents. My sister told me the same thing. I said, I am sorry please forgive me. My niece is a pastor's wife and told her if you know the bible, Jesus said if a brother or a sister ask for forgiveness, you forgive him or her 77 x 7 times. And again I ask for forgiveness. You see I am a christian too but because of the things that happened to me in the past, is hard for me do, say, think right. Do you think God will forgive me if I keep sinning but I ask for forgiveness everyday and ask forgiveness to people even loveones whom I've hurt all the time. Please help dont condemn me I have a lot of that growing up and even now. If you can just say an encouraging words, I really appreciate it. Thank you and God loves you.

Can I sue my lender for not fulfilling the terms of condition at closing of my Short Sale? How do I get my lender remove the balance in their system, the credit bureaus and my personal account on line? . I have asked the CEO of my lender to remove the 2nd mortgage as shown in their system as active because my house was short sold already on July 9, 2008. One of the conditions in the short sale is that there is no deficiency judgment against us for both 1st and 2nd mortgage and that is included in the escrow papers and was also confirmed via email by their negotiator. When I called them I was told by their representative that the 2nd mortgage is still active and there is no record that the house was even short sold. I told him that I sent all the documents to prove that it was short sold and he found all the documents but they still will not remove in their system. I have closed my checking account for fear that they may freeze my account or take payments from my account to apply to that 2nd mortgage. Do I hae a case against this lender?
