my ebay account was hacked into. I'm assuming because of the data breach.

the hacker changed my password/phone number so i cannot physically log into my account

i was wondering- do they have access to info outside of paypal? or could they charge cards not connected to my paypal?

like-

1. I have always paid for cards through the 'you dont need an account' method of checkout with paypal when making a purchase on there. would they have access to this card info? (basically theres no saved info)

2.however, i do have an paypal account that may be connected to this ebay. if they were to attempt to buy something, would it charge the card connected to my paypal? (fortunately, its a shitty visa giftcard with like 10 dollars on it, i disconnected my debit card months ago..phew)

help? i talked to the sales rep who said they'd delete the account- but its still there.

I'm getting an iPhone and from my first impression I thought iOS (particularly the flat icons and colour scheme) was ugly. But, what else does it have to offer?

I don't want to have to cut a wig down, and I need it to not really show wefts. I would prefer around 20, not over 30 dollars please.

I was thinking this wig. Obviously it would need to be styled more, but it has the overall shape/colour that I need. Plus is already flips out some. Thoughts/opinions?

I want a used first gen iPad. I'll be going to college next year, and it'd be easy to store notes and data on my iPad. also it fits much easier in my bag than my laptop would, and its lighter. They're about 160 dollars now. I don't really care that much about the camera.

Okay so,

Honestly all I really want is a new phone because my current phone is a basic phone that's slowly going down the shitter and I'm getting tired of it. I want to upgrade to a smartphone, in particular, an iPhone 4 because of reasons. (My contract isn't up, by the way)

Ordinarily, I'd just wait it out until I can upgrade (in about a year) but I'm going to college next year and I have a horrible sense of direction. This college is in a large city I've only been to twice, and its also a few hours away from where I live. I'd feel much safer knowing that I'd have access to Google Maps/transit apps constantly, especially when I need to take a bus to a Walmart or walk somewhere I've never walked before. Of course, I'd like an iPhone to do other things, but this is a big factor.

Graduation is getting close for me and I know that they'd be willing to give me a graduation present because pretty much the only thing I want is this phone. But I have a feeling that this isn't in his plan (IE, he's probably going to want to buy me a giftcard instead of what I actually asked for).

I don't know whether I should offer to pay half (I have 100$, but I wanted to save part of it) to buy it or if I should wait a few days until graduation to see how much money I get and then buy it completely on my own.

Thoughts?

Side note: Also Verizon changed their data plan offerings, and my dad doesn't believe me (he thinks we still have to pay 30$ a person for a data package, which is the main reason I haven't gotten a smartphone)
